Trying to help my 81 Yr old dad with his car ins, he is not tech savvy. This an online only broker, did manage to to chat with George who was very helpful and kept things plain and simple.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, took out insurance back in October 2024 and paid in full, had a non fault accident Nov 2024 contacted Hedgehog who later found out was an actual Broker and was transferred to PVM who sorted out claim on their behalf, tried to tell Hedgehog car is off road which they had no records of but the Insurance company Covea did, now policy being cancelled in 7 days time unless I find an alternative car in 5 days, no refund is due to me and have to pay £75 cancellation fees, so much hidden costs and useless that you have to speak online unless your making a claim....

Needed to change vehicle insurance

Everything seems to be done online now but can be a little confusing for some of us. Needed to change vehicle on car insurance. Luckily George at Hedgehog helped me out by explaining how on chat. Very polite and professional.

I've had no problems with Hedgehog straight forward and easy to use.
It's all on line so quick and easy. Speaking online to Emily was really easy and she was so helpful able to answer any questions. Just what you need. Thanks again Emily.
