HETAS operates it’s competent person scheme under authorisation from The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and overseen by The United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) under the certification standard BSENISO 17065:2012. Great Customer Service

A brilliant company
I made one phone call which was answered within 10 seconds to request a Hetas Certificate and the young lady, who was so very friendly and helpful said she would email one to me. it came within 3 or 4 minutes!

Fantastic customer service
I recently completed the HETAS H011 Sweep & Service course and thought it was fantastic. I called HETAS regarding a query on my application and they were very helpful. They quickly put me onto the relevant department who were more than happy to help, and again very polite and professional. I was sent some further documentation via emails regarding my application, and once sent over I was again quickly responded back with confirmation and clear instruction on what would happen next and that someone will be in touch again very soon to finalise my application.
The service I received from start to finish is very good and would recommend them the anyone who is interested in becoming HETAS registered.
