Firstly, the person put me totally at ease as I was not aware of any payment made and proceeded to give me the necessary refund and resolve the issue very professionally.

U didn't leave up to u'r promises and expected me to lie about u'r services and what exactly am I satisfied with?

What is that company???!! I was trying to set up a security camera for my home. Scanned a QR code at the bottom of my camera, link popped to create an account (I was expecting that), the link asked for my cr card number but said no charges would be applied, I provided my credit card number. I've spent probably 30 minutes setting up my cameras to find out that not only that cartoon cr@p charged my cr card for US$1.00 but they were issuing another charge in 3 days for us$65!!! I had to contact their chat and they assured me that the closed the account and would issue a refund but it is clearly a fraud!

This is a fraudulent company. They obtained my details through a phishing email claiming to be a Costa coffee survey.
They took 2 payments out of my account and I am sure would have tried to take more if I hadn’t reported the fraud to my bank.
When contacting the company they refuse to refund me the money, claiming it’s against their t’s and c’s. I have never subscribed to them or even heard of this website until I saw the charge on my bank statement.

Replying and hopefully receiving my refund asap as promised. Can’t remember exact date
