Excellent Service…

I have used Hippo twice before and been pleased with the company every time. Absolutely no fuss with booking, or delivering the bag , and again when you ask them to pick it up. I am eighty and find it all very simple . My latest one went a couple of days ago and it was the same good service as ever. Will I use them again ?? Of course I will !!! Many thanks Hippo

Very helpful

Very helpful, easy for me as I can fill at my leisure and the woman I spoke to sold me the right one rather than the more expensive one.

Good product and I will buy more of these as I have more concrete I want gone.

Good price, filled the bag, arranged pickup on line, came promptly, took it away. Simple to use good service, will definitely use them again if I need to.

Hippo offer a good service - collection is hit and miss…

Hippo offer a good service at a fair price - the only reason why I didn’t give a 5-star review is that I would prefer to select a collection day - it’s a bit hit and miss - collection might be the next day or the next week - Hippo might like to upgrade their service to accommodate this

Appalling

Had two bags ordered and delivered to Magnet who were replacing our kitchen. The fitters told us collection is usually 2/3 days after notification. We are still waiting for collection three weeks later. Have called Hippo several times and have received assurances that have never materialised. So we are not sitting at 22 days following pickup request. Absolute disgrace. Would never use Hippo.

better than a skip…

For me the bag was better than a skip as I could put it at the side of the house and leave the driveway free, the only issue I have is the collection process which needs streamlining. I booked on a friday and it was not picked up till the following friday, but I did not know which day it would be done. It would be much better to have a fixed date.

All worked as described. Easy and effective service. Be aware you can't pay for the collection service if you buy the skip bag in store. Its a bit confusing.
