A 5* Service
I've used HIPPO a number of times and the service is always quick and faultless, from the receipt of the empty bag to the collection of the full one. The collection drivers are quick to remove the bag and cause minimal disruption and they do their job with a smile, which is good to see. A 5* service.

Arrived on time at a reasonable price
Arrived on time at a reasonable price. I did get a discount which was good. Easy to position in front garden. Once full, I contacted Hippo and it was removed within three days. Very good service.

Used a mega bag for soil collection. Collected in 2 days, no issues and while I was out. Will use again. Everything was seamless. Only negative thing I'd add: I didn't get a notification as to when it would be collected (was told that I would) but it was a nice surprise to see the waste had been collected when I came home.
