Matthew Parker at HK Law acted with…
Matthew Parker at HK Law acted with great patience and honour on my behalf, regarding the sale of my late mother's house. The sale fell through twice over nine or ten months, due to the buyers losing their buyers. Matthew was extremely patient, attentive, and conscientious on my behalf throughout the process. Having quoted a fee at the outset, and having done much more work than originally planned, he capped his fee at a mutually agreed figure. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at HK Law, and would certainly use them again.
Anna was really on the ball
Anna was really on the ball. There was no chasing required unlike other solicitors I have used in the past. Kept me informed all the way through. Best solicitor I have used.
Not plain sailing, but well handled by HKLaw
Our sale and purchase was far from straightforward. Our vendor signed and exchanged contracts, but then died 5 days later, thus nullifying the deal, even though we were obliged to continue with our sale. We were facing homelessness until Jonathan and his colleagues at HKLaw devised a mechanism to enable us to move, as planned, and await the full probate process to be concluded. This is all now done!

Extremely Happy with the hard work that HK Law did, particularly Kara Dunn and Louise Burn, they were exemplary and I could not fault how hard they worked and operated over and above, particularly given my previous experiences of conveyancing.
Always exceptional
This is the 3rd time I’ve used Anna for my conveyancing and I don’t even consider using anybody else.
Selling and buying property is one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do and Anna makes it easy. Personable, efficient, and just excellent at her job, you don’t ‘dread seeing an email’ from her as you know it will get dealt with.
Thanks so much, and I look forward to you acting for me again in the future .
HKLaw helped us when things were tough
The path to selling our house was less than straight forward, due to poor advice from estate agents and buyers who dropped out. Throughout this tortuous experience, the team at HK Law were readily available to support and advise us. We always felt they were doing their best to hasten a conclusion, with our best interest at heart.
A professional and personal service…
A professional and personal service from David Blackmore at HK Law. He was clear, concise and covered all aspects of the work needed to bring the project to fruition. Very pleased with the work done.
Excellent service from Liam Voysey
Excellent service from Liam Voysey. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely use them again.
Transfer of equity
Anna provided exceptional support with a transfer of equity; swift, professional and friendly service (as always!). Anna communicated throughout and ensured I was thoroughly protected. Anna also made a potentially stressful transaction, a seamless very one.
House sale
We used HK Law for the legal work on a property sale, and received an excellent service from this very professional and friendly firm.
We were kept informed at all stages in the process and if ever a house sale could be stress free, this was it!
We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Emma made everything very clear and understandable. All my questions were answered and we went away with additional information which we’d not considered.
Thoroughly recommend Emma.
We recently updated our wills
We recently updated our wills. Chris Keenan made the whole process easy to understand and everything was handled in a professional but friendly way.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service in the future.
Sale of my late mother's house.…
Anna Davey acted for me on the sale of my late mother's house. The process went really well, Anna is very easy to talk to about matters arising with a friendly professional manner to make things as worry free as possible. Would certainly use her services again & recommend to anyone else.
Excellent experience
Anna Davey at HK Law acted as our conveyancer for the purchase of our first home. The service we received was excellent. We received a very thorough report and the whole sale was dealt with without any trouble. Communication was excellent throughout the process, thank you. Would happily recommend!
HKLaw: Michelle Roberts
In dealing with Michelle Roberts and Victoria Reed during the sale of a property, I found them to be attentive, professional and clear communicators. Always approachable and responsive to enquiries, with clear indication as to their office timetable. My sister dealt with them personally and has reviewed separately in a positive manner. My dealings were by phone, mail and email, all of which was without delay or complication. I would recommend HKLaw from a conveyancing perspective, and can only imagine that the ethos of the company is shared more broadly.
Use local service
Michelle and members of her team were professional easy to approach always available to answer queries. We would recommend them for conveyancing our experience was very positive
Anna Davey is by far the best conveyancer we have ever used
We bought and sold a house for the 5th time in March and were amazed with Anna. She is thorough, knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. She made a difficult process for us (we went through two failed purchases) really easy. We are not intending to move again but, if we did, we would definitely use Anna. We cannot recommend her enough.
