Highly recommended. I’m a new customer following the lease running out with my usual garage. As a woman, I was worried about rip-off quotes that tends to happen to women. Did lots of research before finding H&L to do a MOT + full service. They certainly live up to their excellent reputation and history. I had two very slight punctures. Average garage likely to have told me I needed two new tyres. Not H&L - they repaired them. Overall impression is professionalism plus technical know-how. Felt I could trust them.

I had a tyre repeatedly deflating over the course of a month. I thought the wheel rim might need refurbish/cleaning and the tyre resealing. It was actually just a nail. They repaired the tyre for FREE. Nice people. Great service.
