Booked car in for MOT and asked at same time for a quote to tidy up body work. It’s basis stuff but the people I dealt with at H&L really are very good. From booking through to collection everybody I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I’ve had long experience of dealing with garages and in the past they ranked bottom down with double glazing salesmen.

H&L show how customer care should be done, I am most impressed.

I have been using H&L Motors for at least a good 21 years + for all the cars I have had over that period. Including yearly MOT’s, Yearly Car service’s and Car repairs etc… and still to this present day they have given good customer service and definitely do a good job and take good care of your vehicle !
Rest assured, your vehicle is in good hands with H&L and you get a First Class Service and can be Trusted in the work they do !

I had some bodywork done on my car and found that the work carried out was of a particularly high standard. Mr Damon Gilbert, the Repair Manager was extremely helpful, professional and represented the very best of the company. He took time to explain the quote, the nature of the work and the estimated tome to carry it out. Just the sort of staff member you need on your team! In the nicest possible way, I hope not to call in again but if I do then I’ll know where to go! Regards MD
