Excellent Company, Superb Heating. We chose Hocu after emailing them about a price. Vince came out to visit us with a quote about what he could offer at a very competitive price. The engineers finished in a day and were wary of our family situation and did an excellent job. Very happy, highly recommended.

Highly recommend HOCU, efficient with booking the initial appointment and follow up appointment to fix my boiler. Rob was friendly and knowledgable and he made sure he explained things to me in non-technical terms which was much appreciated! Booked again for a boiler service.

Engineer arrived a bit earlier than expected which suited me very well. He did the job (capping supply to a defunct gas hob) quickly and as I wanted. He was pleasant throughout his visit and the final test showed a better result than the one at the start. Would certainly recommend.

Superb service. Out of hours emergency call on a Saturday evening was brilliant. The follow up visit was punctual, efficient and effective.

I found Hocu to be a very helpful and professional company. I had a problem with my pump a very nice engineer came in was very informative advised me I needed a new pump came back the next morning installed the pump. So pleased with the quick service and was reasonable priced.

Rob carried out an annual boiler service for me this week, he was brilliant, great communicator. He explained what he might need to be done in the future to help maintain the efficiency of the bolier and other general tips too. He was very thorough, checking all radiators and adjusting them where needed and even helped to put away the contents of the airing cupboard.

The engineers at HOCU are professional, prompt, efficient and work in such a way that gives the customer complete trust in their competence. Calls are dealt with swiftly and, unlike many hearing companies, HOCU can be relied upon to deal with any emergencies immediately. I am VERY impressed with them and would highly recommend them to others.

Booking call easy and flexible, Rob arrived early, did job and suggested a further improvement on what was requested. Excellent friendly service.

Visit for my annual boiler check up. Engineer friendly, polite and on time. Job done and he checked ally radiators as I asked him. 3 were not working well, he managed to sort 1 and adv he will have to return for others. I was contacted by their office to rebook an appointment. Engineer came in and all sorted. Very happy customer.
