Hocu installed a new combination boiler and HIVE control, removed water tank and some of our radiators then replaced them with new, installed new towel rail in ensuite and power flushed the system - all in three days with no down time at night. The guys were curteous and professional and arrived at the time they said they would. Will definitely use them for future annual service and any other needs that may arise. Will now cancel our Home Serve contract with British Gas. Would highly recommend HOCU

Hocu, carried out a smart heating installation, including a total change of all radiator valves and smart TRV heads and also my annual boiler service.
Communication was great, the engineers turned up on time, were courteous and explained what they had done and also how to use the installed system.
All in all a pleasurable experience, and a company that I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Very quick response and let me know that the engineer was running late. Remedied the problem with a leaking radiator with no mess and explained everything in simple terms. I would have no doubts in recommending this company

Very professional engineer visited my home to fix my boiler. Clearly knew what he was doing and explained the process along the way. The engineer managed to fix our faulty boiler and very quickly too. Will definitely be using HOCU again without doubt! Thank you so much!

Fantastic communication from the initial enquiry up until the completion of the work.

The engineers were very friendly, and very tidy whilst working, and once complete. A nice touch to ask us to check the work and ensure we were happy, or anything they had missed that needed tidying up.

The guys worked beyond the hours expected due to a couple of unexpected problems but remained there until the issues were resolved.

Once the guys were done there was a follow up call from Ruby to ensure we were happy with the work and service provided.

100% would recommend HOCU and will be cancelling British Gas home care plan and solely use these guys for anything heating/boiler related.

HOCU diagnosed and fixed issues which British Gas were unable to in four visits.

Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and changed a 2 port motorised valve on my hot water system in a very professional manner. Tested system and left working again.

My boiler broke down and it was more cost efficient to get a replacement rather than a repair. Hocu managed to fit this job in within two days of the breakdown. The job went very smoothly, the heating is back on, I was assisted well in understanding the controls and the costs were kept to a minimum without losing quality - would definitely recommend

I've been using HOCU for a number of years now, covering my own residence plus the two rental flats I own. The respond very quickly through their admin person Grace and are very reliable in honoring their appointments. They have been servicing my boilers and issuing certifications, and they've also installed a couple of taps for me. All the work they do is first class. They're friendly and knowledgeable. I'm trying to get me central heating system's wiring problems sorted out and the guy said that although he wasn't ofay with underfloor systems he'd mug it up to see if he could help to solve the issue. I'm looking forward to some feedback from HOCU on this. Overall, excellent firm and wholly recommended

This company repaired a tricky problem on my gas boiler. The booking process on the phone was quick and easy.
Robert, the technician was polite, courteous and kind. The boiler fault was a bit complicated to find but he never gave up.
