We can always rely on Hocu for everything heating and boiler related. They’re friendly, efficient and professional and we would recommend them to anyone else.

From the outset of me looking for a plumber to do the works. HOCU came up on my local Facebook page with recommendations of others that have used. So when I inquired with the jobs that were willing to be under taken, which was to fit 2 new radiators and stop a dripping tap. Martin and there apprentice came and did the work to a really high standard. Then on the day I asked about another radiator which wasn’t getting hot, so they took it off and flush cleaned it with water and gave every other radiator a full check that they was all getting hot. All round a excellent service

It's nice to have HOCU around saves us time doing plumber research each time - HOCU has helped us a few times from old house to new home, always of high standard, responsive, polite, tidy, and knowledge. Honest and reasonable price as well.

We used HOCO to replace our radiators and to also carry out a boiler service. Rob and the team were excellent from start to finish. They were on time, polite and informed us about what they would be doing. We would definitely recommend!

When we found a worrying drip coming from our ceiling, we called Hocu. They sent out someone the next day. It turned out to be a leaky radiator, which Martin was able to fix in under an hour. The whole job was clean, efficient, easy - he even turned up early. We were very pleased, and will definitely be using them for any future issues.

I’ve had two engineers with me today dealing with a boiler service, radiator replacement and toilet pan refit.

Their honesty and professionalism was exceptional. As the boiler engineer talked me through his work, I asked a question and his response - rather than bluff - was if a particular problem occurred he couldn’t be him but needed to be another engineer with a particular qualification.

Equally, the work for toilet and radiator replacement has been high quality with little disruption or disturbance.

Both engineers were proud to work for the company and they were keen to do a job that demonstrated.

I will be using HOCU again.

Second time of using. Recommended by a neighbour. Prompt and efficient. Great to have found a reliable plumber.

We needed our boiler replacing and within the week (after making the call) we’d had the call out, the boiler replaced, the system flushed and a new shower fitted. Vince was very clear with pricing, everyone is very helpful, such a great team at Hocu. If you want an excellent all round service call Hocu.

Only use these plumbers!!! Past experience with other plumbers is they quote and then a lot more work and time do never quote. HOCU give you price and that is it. They never say any part needs changing if doesn’t - they show you the part they replace. Moreover you pay for the csll out and if they got time in set period any other little plumbing work they look at too ! All other companies woukd charge two call outs HoCU don’t!
They look at job and fix on day non of the look I have to order part make another appointment like other plumbing forms.
Only use this firm as they are best in area and always in time

We have used Hocu for the last couple of years to service our boiler and the service has always been brilliant.
We had Rob the engineer out today to have a look at an issue for us; he was professional, friendly and efficient as always

Local company with good reputation for quality service and response to plumbing problems. They do all they can to fit in appointments to suit the customer and don’t waste time in jobs.

The overall experience was good, engineer was on time, really polite, helpful and friendly and kept me informed of so that was being done. He was very clean and tidy - you could not tell anyone had been here after he’d finished .

We contacted HOCU on a Thursday evening due to a leak from an upstairs toilet coming through the ceiling, it was an emergency. Vince came round within an hour and stopped the leak, the following day one of the team came to fix the problem permanently. I can't praise the service enough, and would highly recommend without hesitation.

Originally HOCU tried to repair my old boiler but it was beyond help . They gave me detailed explanations of what was wrong so I was completely informed and I was satisfied that they had tried very hard to save me the expense of a new boiler.
They fitted a new boiler and they stayed until almost 11pm on the first day so that I wasn't left without heating and hot water. They came back the second day to finish off. They were polite and courteous throughout. I was extremely impressed and found them honest and trustworthy. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Very professional engineer who arrived on time, was polite and respectful in our home. Showed us how to use our thermostat. Great communication with HOCU – Brilliant service provided, will defiantly use again.
