Really pleased with the work completed. We booked HOCU for our yearly boiler service and we had advisements on parts that need replacing and these were fitted quickly and efficiently on the same day, so we are all set for winter. Will continue to recommend this company to family and friends as we always have an excellent experience when we use them!

A very well-organised company, initial enquiry and subsequent queries handled most efficiently by Grace. Work replacing our very old hot water tank and removing an old gas fire was carried out about 10 days from my first enquiry. Vince arrived exactly on time and worked very hard to complete the job. He explained the new system carefully to us and left things cleaner than he found them! We would thoroughly recommend HOCU.

It has been two months since Hocu installed our new boiler and radiators. My wife had been rushed into hospital and spent 6 days there, we came home and at 9pm we found we had no hot water. I rang Hocu, thinking I would get an answer machine where I could leave a message for first thing in the morning, I was surprised when Vince answered the phone. I explained the situation and Vince said he would be with us in less than 45 minutes, he was with us in just over 30 mins. He diagnosed that due to a power cut the boiler had tripped and within 5 mins we had water back on. My wife and I would like to thank Vince to for the professional and speedy solution to an otherwise stressful week. Many thanks all at Hocu.

I wrote a positive review for HOCU in May, after they'd dealt with leaks in our central heating system. Since then Rob has carried out a full service on the boiler, with a comprehensive report on its condition. And Martin and James replaced faulty pop-up wastes in two basins and freed a seized-up shower valve (which I thought I was going to have to replace). Again the service was first class. Punctual, polite and efficient. And again admin and communications were excellent.

HOCU have plumbed our extension, plumbed our business and recently plumbed a new kitchen for us. We use them again and again because they are professional, friendly and work to a high standard at a fair price. A local company and a pleasure to hire for work. Thank you Vince & HOCU.

The guys are everything you would want and expect; on time, polite, friendly and tidy. They explained to me what they were doing and got on with the jobs. The office staff communicate well during the booking and payment process.

Martin and James did a powerflush of the heating system in my house and replaced a radiator. Very pleased with work done and would highly recommend. Will use again.

Would highly recommend HOCU. From engagement to completion, the communication is clear and open and both Grace and the engineers ensure you’re fully aware of what is required to complete the work and the costs involved. Incredibly flexible and very friendly in the process.

Really friendly and knowledgeable, the work that they undertook threw a few curveballs but they were clear throughout the process of what needed to be done and were quick to provide a new quote with options.
Rob took everything in his stride and worked hard all day to make sure the job was completed.

Very good service, zero complaints. Had boiler fault fixed and a couple of radiator thermostats replaced. They're very good at communicating, work is as quoted, and is completed efficiently and cleanly. What's not to like?
