10/10 customer service! Booked with HF in 2023 as well and all was great. Our trip was in 2024 and everything was incredible!

This time 2025 for our trip pending for 2026 it was just as great as the first time, all was a smooth booking process.
Sofia, who helped us - she was extremely patient with our decision making and once we had made our decision it was onwards and upwards to Florida in 2026!
We are very excited for our trip in September next year!

My experience was amazing, and the young lady Kelly helped me all the way through from enquiring about holiday destinations to accurately booking. Kelly had a lot to deal with as Made it a little bit stressful for Kelly as I had 3 couples to book for 1 couple worked shifts and the 2 nd couple who lived in Manchester so getting the information was a double stress 😆 but we all got there in the end Thanks to Kelly and her patience with me. 👏🏼👏🏼.

We booked a holiday through this site over a year ago to Florida for my 40th birthday and my sons 18th and they were absolutely amazing and very competitive. They were very quick to respond to any queries that I had and everything was so seamless. We had the best holiday of our lives and I just want to thank you all for making our holiday so memorable!

This was a fantastic holiday from start to finish. The ease of the booking, the flights were great times there and back, it was our first time flying with virgin and would fly with them again. Floridays resort was amazing, amazing size, clean and near everything we needed, also the pool was fantastic. The deal on the six park tickets was great. The only things we wish we had been made aware of was transfers to and from airport, and also that one of our tickets for a waterpark was void as the waterpark was closed at the time of our holiday.

Great communication at every step of the way. They were happy to amend the quote when i kept changing my mind what i wanted. Also the cheapest out there by far

Booked in Jan 24 and just got back from a wonderful holiday in Orlando. Trevor was great. We even decided to swap hotel a few weeks prior to departure to stay at Universal Endless Summer instead of Hilton Seaworld and that change went seamlessly. It's still a lot of money but when we booked it no one else came close in terms of value for money for the whole package- we even had a meal included at Hard Rock Cafe at Universal which was an especially brilliant family evening. Would def recommend :)

The Holiday booking DIDN'T go smoothly at all.
It required constant intervention by myself and YOU had the audacity to claim that change to airline departure airport (Jet Blue) was just due to bad luck and had initially been expected to accept revised changes and pay more to change!

Ironically, the revised departure airport (Heathrow), was that what was originally requested, but hadn't happened?

However, the fault clearly laid with how holidayfloridas manages bookings and tries to make savings, regrettably at the risk to the traveller!
The company may have now learned a lesson booking with Jey Blue.

Suspicions were raised, when there was a lack of confirmation of flight bookings, especially when the holiday balance was settled a lot earlier.

You have a lacking of managing requirements for young travellers and to fine NO provision to ensure a child is seated next to an adult on a plane OR travel safely in airport transfer vehicles.

Due to previous string of problems. I had no option to resolve the issues directly with the revised airline (United) and airport transfer company and drivers.

I do appreciate any changes that may have incurred extra cost and were met by HolidayFloridas, however it was the responsibility of HolidayFloridas to resolve.

The company lacks dialogue to explain packages, or update booking details, just simply forwarding e-mails and details provided from 3rd parties are neither fully passed on, or explained.

It shouldn't be necessary to request Disney World Reference No. in order to plan ahead using the Disney Experience App, it should have been provided without requesting!

Certainly won't be booking again with HolidayFloridas...

Just got back from an incredible 2 week holiday to Florida and Holiday Floridas made the whole booking process easy and stress free. Donna was absolutely amazing at booking this for us, from sending through loads of villas for us to choose from and helping us get the best flights possible and a truck as our hire car! She also booked all of our passes for the parks before we went, so all we had to do was pack, get on the plane and enjoy ourselves! Nothing was ever too much trouble and once we booked Donna would touch base with us throughout our lead up to the holiday checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this company and Donna enough! If we are ever fortunate enough to go to Florida again I will be booking through them. Thank you so much.
