Booked parking last minute

Booked parking last minute expecting to pay excessive price and was pleasantly surprised to pay a reasonable, sensible cost to park. Shuttle to and from the airport was on time and even though we were delayed several hours on our return, it was not a problem for our driver, will be using this company again!

Simply Amazing!!

Great!! Very polite and punctual!! Would definitely go back and book again as the car was also looked after well as mine was a month old BMW so could not risk it for anything!!!

Easy to find and use.

Easy to find and use.
I parked and got on the bus. I didn't realise I had to collect a card so had no code on exit. This was rectified quickly.

Lost key, no reimbursement.

Booked parking at LHR with Apple parking through Holidays Car Parking.
Upon return they drove my car to the airport but lost the key on the way.
Awful service, no help from them to get compensation for the 7 hours sat while they tried unsuccessfully to find my key or in obtaining a refund for the £460 cost of the replacement key.
Legal action ongoing.
People lose things, I get it, but the lack of help, support and financial reimbursement for their failure is unforgivable.

Great personal, effective and affordable customer service

I am normally the designated parking guy when we travel. Recently I found holiday parking. Their prices very competitive (and I must admit that’s normally what I look for) and service and website easy to use. For our holiday I made a mistake with the return time adding almost a full day of parking, totally my fault and only realised on the day of departure. I called and thought now I’ll have to pay extra it’s going to be an issue. They quickly rectified my mistake at no additional cost and even called me back to check that I had the received the email with the correct details so I could go away with peace in mind.

I used them again only a a few days after as I had another travel line up with a short confirmation time. Again cheapest offer quick easy service. I had a little issue with the provider being slow to deliver my car in return. I spoke to holiday car parking (same person as helped me before, lovely personal costumer service is rare these days) and they evaluated the providers they will offer me next time.

I cannot stress how nice it is to get personal effective service and that to a competitive price! Proving that you don’t always have to pay premium for good service

The company were great

The company were great - did not keep us waiting on either drop off or pick up. Had a bus to ourselves both ways. Good location, easy to find and not far from the airport - would recommend.

The phone answered quickly and the car was waiting for us!

The phone answered quickly, both for drop off and pick up. The drop off driver was quite punctual and the pick up driver was already there, when we arrived in the car park! This is rare for most meet and greet companies, even when I phone twice as requested, upon landing and when we have our bags. We were delighted to get straight in the car and on our way home, after a long journey, so we were very happy. Thank you.

Your driver was punctual

Your driver was punctual, kind, and very helpful from the start. Unfortunately, as soon as we parked in a bay, my friend’s baby became unwell and vomited in the passenger seat. The driver was incredibly understanding and even recommended to take the car to a valet service, which we used and paid for. A very thoughtful gesture.

When we returned from our holiday and contacted the office to let them know we had arrived and needed our car, they were already waiting at the car park by the time we reached the terminal.

Overall, the service was excellent, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Avoid at all cost!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a scam company! On our way to Heathrow terminal 5, we tried calling both mobile numbers given repeatedly for over 40minutes. When we finally got through it took them another 20mns to come resulting in a higher parking charge. On the way back, we discovered that they had put over 100 miles on the clock and used half a tank of petrol on our hybrid car. Settings in the car had been changed too. Clearly someone used the car while we were on holiday! Absolute joke

Am very happy with the service

Am very happy with the service, no issues, fast call response in the drop off and pick up, both drivers were very helpful, it was my first time at Luton, I didn’t knew the meet up point was a bit far from the actual airport departures doors, as I was travelling with my family, the driver offer me to drop me at express drop off, so we don’t have to walk with the baby all the way, thank you for that,
(£5 was paid to Luton to enter that area)
After inspection of car, there was not issues,
For sure be happy to rebook any other parking with them.

Had a wait an extra 20 mins on drop off…

Had a wait an extra 20mins on drop off even though we rang 30 mins before as requested. On collection the car turned up over 1 hour after the call. Driver just gave me the key, didnt ask for a name or booking number so he could have been giving it to anyone.

Shocking

On arrival at the airport there was no pick up waiting for my car. Had to wait 35 minutes. Almost missed my flight on return. My car was not ready. Had to wait 90 minutes to get my car returned back to me on a meeting
