Terrible service
Terrible service. I had to wait one hour for my car to be delivered back when I returned to Gatwick. My flight was on time and I had supplied all details in advance. I had 2 children, and it was midnight. I will never ever use Safe Parking again.
50 mins to collect my car!
I called 30 mins before arrival as instructed, i was asked to call 10 mins before arrival which I did. I then ended up waiting 50 mins for the car to be collected and the man collecting it had no paperwork whatsoever.
I tried to call both numbers while waiting and was continually ignored. When i finally got hold of someone there was no apology. I am expecting my money back and the car to be available straight away upon my return.

All went well 👍 I was a bit skeptical at first as couldn't find much on the company and tried to check it was all legit. Anyway took the chance and e everything was fine. Good communication via emails. We booked liverpool imagine car park (have done so previously with other booking agent) and they had our booking on the list when we got there, not sure if it had anything to do with who we booked it through or not but we noticed our keys had an inside label on them so was parked inside 🤷🏼♀️
It was also the cheapest booking agent too, so all good and would use again

The Meet & Greet parking at Heathrow…
The Meet & Greet parking at Heathrow was fantastic! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the process was smooth from start to finish. The price was reasonable, and the staff were very professional. They called us while we were on our way to reassure us everything was set. On our return, they contacted us as soon as we landed and had our car waiting at the terminal. Highly recommend!

Very rude attendant and agressive
We arrived at the airport 1 hour early due to flight arriving early, getting through arrivals quite swiftly, I called the attendant, who started to shout at me down the phone, why was I early and I was going to mess his schedule up. I apologised to him. He said, I had to wait 1 hour, to which I said, my car has a tracker on it and it is showing as 10 minutes away. Straight away he started to threaten me, saying, well you see if you can come here and get the car. I tried to say to him, I was not threatening him, I was just asking why would it take an hour if the car was 10 minutes away, also wanted to say, if as I was close by, I could just jump in a taxi and get to them instead of waiting 1 hour. He would not listen, he said that I needed to send him a text message apologising to him for my behaviour, otherwise he would be holding my car and he challenged me to try and come to the location. I found the behaviour quite bizarre, as I have only ever used meet and greet at airports and never experienced anything like this. I was quite shocked. I sent an apology text message, the car was in the car park waiting for me within 15 minutes, so don't understand how he managed to turn it around so quickly. I waited in the car park for the car only to be told the driver had to go off quickly and the key was left by the wiper. I wont be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Awful "service" received!.
We booked with this company for a Meet&Greet parking service at Stansted airport, last week of December 2024.
Communication prior to the trip was OK.
On the day outbound trip, the phone number provided in the instructions did not work and we had to stop in the motorway and calling several times to get someone to answer and provide instructions.
On the return trip, we followed agin the instructions and were made to wait fron an hour in the cold at Stansted airport. After several calls, we were offered to be picked up in a nearby hotel since it was "very busy day". We were driven for 25 mins to a public car park located in Harlow, where our car was parked.
Although we were picked up outside of the airport, we were still requested to pay for the 10£ of the entrance fee. We found our car in a complete mess, incredibly dusty and dirty, suggesting it had being used to trasnport construction workers or material and the left side mirror broken, as we noticed a few days later. No excuses, justification or anything.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Would give zero. We booked a few months ahead and received loads of emails in the run up to our trip so of course we assumed it was all secure and ready to go. We called the phone number provided 20 mins before our arrival to Bristol airport to be informed that there was no booking for us. The first person we spoke to couldn't have been more unhelpful. We eventually found another phone number and that person was useless too. By this point we are driving around and around the airport because you can't stop anywhere, 2.5 hrs before our flight with two kids in the car. We eventually had to park in the multistory because there was no where else to go and it cost £210! This was on the 17th Dec 2024. We have just now received our refund (3rd Jan 2025) for £2 less than our original booking! Absolutely shocking service. Not even an offer of half of the extortionate extra payment as compensation and then to not refund the full amount! Awful awful awful. Do not use.

I would give them a 0 but that's not an option
I followed all of their rules only to find out they hadn't made any arrangements to have my car collected at drop off. They then said, when I was already in the airport, that they were sorry but they can't facilitate my booking.
I made the booking 2 months in advance to make sure this didn't happen, followed all of their guidance in numerous emails and rang when we were 20mins away from arriving.
So, with 2 kids in the car and no time to make other arrangements, we had to go for the next cheapest car park which was £210! No time to look at other, similar providers and no time to park away from the airport and travel in.
They offered a refund, not for the price I ended up paying, and then refunded less than I paid!!
I will never use these guys again and will be going out of my way to tell people not to.

Read the T&C in detail before booking
The price seemed pretty good but didn’t make it clear you have to pay the fee for the driver to enter and leave the car park, resulting in £20 of charges. My car was absolutely filthy when I collected it so I’ve also had to pay to have it cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend or use them again.

On drop off there was a delay in the car being picked up but there was a lack of comms as to why. On returning the comms was better as i was advised to wait in the terminal building for 15-20 minutes but it ended up a wait of 50 minutes.
I have emailed holidayscarparking.uk twice for a VAT receipt and have not had a reply as yet.

The experience of meet and greet…
The experience of meet and greet parking was better than expected, not knowing how it would go when you have a flight to catch. The price was competitive, and the whole experience went smoothly. A member from the company contacted us whilst we were on our way and reassured us that he would be there to meet us. On return a member contacted us as soon as the plane landed, and once contacting them again after collecting the bags and making our way to the meeting place there was someone there with our vehicle. Thank you guys

Long collection delay for Meet & Greet
Generally happy with the courtesy and overall approach of the team. However, having to wait for 30 minutes for a Meet & Greet service after we had already cleared customs, was not good. You had our flight number and should have known our flight had landed on time, so you could (and I believe, should) have been brought our car closer to the airport for collection, to reduce that delay.

Gatwick trouble
This was the first time I had received a call whilst on the motorway to Gatwick to ask how I was getting on.
On arrival, Naphew kept us waiting only about 5 minutes.
I got to the Gatwick check-in to discover that I had left my passport at home.
Naphew had already left the airport, so I had to recall him to get my car back.
I explained the problem and he even offered to go and collect it, over an hour away! I needed to reject his very kind offer.
On returning to Gatwick, Naphew was back with 10 minutes to take my car away and when we returned from Sicily, Naphew was back with us to return my car in only about 10 minutes.
This is easily the BEST meet & greet I have ever experienced.
I would have given a 6* recommendation if there was such a button to press !
