We used Copthall park and ride
We used Copthall park and ride. Unfortunately it was December and after heavy rain and road works access to car park was very difficult. Would not recommend using in the winter OK in the summer when dry.
Bus to take us to and from the airport was adequate.

Can't fault the service,very often you have to call them once you have your luggage, but they called me asked if I had my luggage, and told me which car park and which level, as we were crossing the road saw my car go by, by the time we arrived on the level the guy was waiting for us, will definitely be using them again.

Have now used them 3 times over the course of 6 months, and twice with a VERY EARLY start! But there has always been someone (ie a human!) to communicate with. App simple to use too

They must be avoided at all costs
They must be avoided at all costs. The worst car parking company ever! They had my car for three months and were supposed to charge it but didn't, They then blew my alternator trying to get the car started & I had to wait with my now broken & very dirty car to be picked up by the RAC for nearly 6 hours with no water or food on the honest day of the year! They now refuse to give me their insurance company details & nobody returns calls or emails They promised here on Trust pilot a response & transparency, they months later avoid my call & have provided neither ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Drivers were very courteous an arrived within 15 mins . I was surprised to receive a call from the driver on our return pickup. I was worried as no paperwork was exchanged. They also accommodated me for the flight time changes without any hassle. I will use them again.

If I could rate it a zero I could. We use meet and greet very often and usually get a reliable service. Not this time! Not only were the driver unresponsive and terribly late both times. He also didn't communicate at all that he would be late but we had to call and chase. The first time the guy hung up on me saying I was rude when I said it was unacceptable that i had called twice to inform about a slight delay in arrival time ans when we arrived he said he had been there and left and now it would be another 25 min. On the way back after a 20h flight with 2 small children I called for pick up as per instruction, he said 30 min but after 40 min and still not showing up i called again and he said you have to go somewhere else otherwise it will be 30 min longer and it is up to you. I said I cannot drag the kids now somewhere else than the meeting spot when we have already waited here for such a long time he said ok 'suit yourself'. I understand traffic can be bad but I expect the driver to communicate with us if he expects to be 30 min extra already 40 min post the initial call. Incredibly rude and unreliable service and we will never book again.

No show and no response!
You have actually asked me for feedback yet you didn’t answer my calls from 30mins to my arrival at the airport. You completely ignored my calls and I was left stranded and was minutes from missing my flight. I had to pay £140 to park my car last minute. You haven’t responded to calls since or emails that I’ve sent. I would like a refund, an apology and reimbursement for the amount I’ve had to now pay because you didn’t provide the service I had booked and paid for in advance. I look forward to hearing from you.

Meet & Greet Did Not Turn Up, no response from Holiday Car Parling
I booked & paid for a meet and greet parking service through Holiday Car Parking. The person I was supposed to meet never turned up to collect my car and had his phone switched off. I had to make my own on-the-spot parking arrangements at significant cost otherwise my family and I would have missed my flight. I have contacted Holiday Car Parking 4 times in the past 5 days, 3 via email and once via their website contact form. To date, no acknowledgement and no reply. Appalling service from start to finish.

Please never use Holiday car parking ! After we booked the meet and greet parking option at Stansted Airport and received the confirmation, we drove to the airport on07.03.25 and we called the parking company . To our surprise the company told us that we don’t have a reservations , this was because they did not received our booking confirmation from the Holiday Car parking website. I had a printed copy of our reservation and luckily they managed to help us, however we needed to drive to their venue and pick up the driver who returned to the car park in our car after we got dropped at the airport. I contacted Holiday car parking on the day by email sharing the issues regarding the booking and they never responded. I will never use Holiday car parking website! Please be aware!
