I wanted to buy a charging card for my car on smoov, they linked me through to homemustbuy.com and wanted credit card and a payment verification which they did with 1€. The refund of this € never came in. I canceled the agreement asap (two minutes later) and git after some time the cancelation recipe. Today I got a credit card debit of 47€ without any authorization from this company. I ordered now a new credit card for additional funds to protect me for further misuse. Will got to Police tomorrow to bring this phishing for credit cards to the officials.

I had requested to stop the account from customer service by September 2024 but they told me they had been canceling. Then, they still deducted the money from my account, I asked for the request for the second time yet customer service still gave me the same answer the $26.00EUR still been deducted from my bank on 15th Oct 2024.

This company is a total scam and force you to leave a positive review if you want to be in with any chance of a refund. They also tell you how many stars to give and what you can and cannot write. You then have to screen shot your review and send it to them in order for them to cancel you “subscription” (which you didn’t voluntarily enter into in the first place) After receiving my refund, from my bank doing a chargeback not the company, I have now edited my review and warn everyone not to be fooled into buying cheap trainers or any other product they sell as you don’t receive your purchase and they then charge your credit card every three days until you get your bank to block them! DISGUSTING!!

Scam! Very tricky scheme working throuh well know in our reagon brand on facebook, it was like Marshal audio speakers give away promotion with low price. After payment it seems you bought credits and membership in their site :)) and in 3 days you will be charged 37€ for vip membership. Everything seems like normal site support is working, confirmation mails arrive, but the problem I didn’t sign for any credits, membership or other in their site. It was all made by fraud.
