Purchased as a gift. Recipient said the small back pack was well constructed, comfortable and easy to use.

Nice product and good design- just the right size

I ordered the "Smith The Roll Pack 15L with Pockets" for the second time in a different color. This time, the bag was indented be a present to a very special person (who by the way is very happy). I was amazed by the quality of the bag, exactly the same as the original bag that I bought ~5 years ago. I love the original texture of the fabric that you use (+ recycled PET use) and would like to see it in all of your products, e.g. the "Core Roll Pack 15L". Finally, I was happy to find a very helpful/polite helpdesk during the shipment tracking. You are a great team and I would like to thank you all.

Fuss-free ordering process and a great bum-bag (Fanny-pack) to boot. Build quality is good and made from sturdy, durable material. Surprisingly spacious. Can be worn as both a belt and a sling. Would recommend.

I'm happy with the product and the shipping.

I would like to return the product but to do that I need to log into my account. Unfortunately, I forgot my account password so I requested a password reset email. This e-mail never arrived. Now I will have to waste many hours calling and trying to organise returning and getting a refund for what I bought.

I love the product Millican has the best in my opinion, European shipping is terrible. Think two to four weeks before shipping is complete. Luckily their customer service is great!

True to the brand value and quality of their bags, the afterward service for resolving bag defect and how helped has been first class support. Definitely it is reliable and worth their bag for design and everything that comes as described above.
Just to describe how the brand help me apart of the product itself, one of backpack I purchased had defect during the short time usage. Upon contacting to Millican support, it immediately provided support to the best outcome by offering credit to fix or replacement. The selection of replacement option, it was shipped across the oversea. Being customer from other side of the ocean, it is incredible awesome that Millican have provided support as if the distance were not relevant. Kudos.

Shipping to the US took a long time. However, it was worth the wait. I have had several bags from Millican over the years and over their transition as a company. They are still high quality and made from good materials. Nick the Messenger bags have been a great go-to, EDC bag for walking around and for cycling. It holds a lot, has good organization, robust materials, and look cool in all of the colors. (Yes, I have them all). Try them, you will like them.

My Smith the Roll Pack showed some unusual wear marks. I sent it over for repair under the life time warranty but then Millican disappeared from the earth for a bit.

But luckily they are back and with GREAT support. Received a replacement and use that every day since then. Best backpack I have ever owned.
