Good Quality Products
I bought a Millican bag in 2022 and the pencil case was on special offer so I bought it this year, 2024 and this keeps bits and pieces together in the pocket of my bag. Like both, good quality and think they will last for a long time.

The customer service is great, they answer swiftly and helpfully. The process automation thou could use improving as the package was split into two parcels without notifying me.

I've used my first Millican backpack…
I've used my first Millican backpack daily for several years. At a certain point I couldn't order a new one! I'm happy that I have a new one now. Almost all other rugsacks feel like junk compared to these. No damage to the stichtching nor to the metal clasps after years of abuse. Very good quality

It is very disappointing that I had to pay over $50 on top of the product's price, taxes, and shipping when you delivered the item to me. Living in Canada, my question is: if you can't manage to provide fair shipping and/or customs rates for your customers, why even claim that you ship the product to Canada? You should at least inform your customers that they will need to pay such an approximate price in the end. I will never shop here again.

Loved Millican since the first bag I bought
I always loved Millican, since the first day I encountered them. Only shame, shame there is, some of the bags features are gone with newer models...
Nonetheless, they make great quality backpacks and they always shipped it to me super fast :)

The return of Nick (the Messenger) was…
The return of Nick (the Messenger) was a highlight of the year and in my opinion Nick is still the best Messenger type bag and thankfully available again. In its absence I failed to find a good replacement for my well worn ones that have been retired from daily use, one as a camera bag and the other for rough outdoors ventures. I am glad to have a smart new one for using about town.
Living in EU the delivery time was a bit vague but it surfaced out of the blue one day from the information black out so that tracking info is the only thing that needs improving.
