Really happy with my sofa . Delivery slow. And lack of communication with suppliers but love my purchase

Great customer service, there was something wrong with one of the feet on the couch and sent a replacement with no bother straight away.

After Wayfair messed me around for 8 weeks on the same product I requested a refund and bought it from Home Sofa Company instead, and had it delivered within 7 days! Fantastic service very happy, will use again.

Ordered the sofa and 6 days later it was with me! Ordering was no problem, used live chat to clarify a few points. Constant updates via email over the following days about the order and delivery. The delivery guys text me 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within the window they had given the day before. They were polite and helpful, took away the packaging after delivery to the room of choice. All in all a great experience and believe me I can be a pain in the butt when it comes to my belief for great customer service ! ...oh yes.......the sofa was as ordered and is just what we needed. Recommended

Was pleasantly surprised when we had an email saying our sofa was ready for delivery 3 weeks early. Very pleasant delivery guys too. We love the sofa looks absolutely gorgeous would 100% this recommend company!

I ordered a made to measure corner sofa set as well as a tv bed and would like to say it blew my expectations the quality of both products have been second to none and just gave my house the uplift it really needed. The guys really went out there way to make sure I got what I wanted, delivery was estimated to be up to 6weeks as it’s made to measure but however I took delivery within 28 days from placing my order which again blew my expectations. I would highly recommend this company they really do take pride in what they do also the more important bit they are very cheap compared to other companies that provide same or similar products hence why I decided to go with them best choice I made this year!

I ordered the Mellors corner sofa after reading reviews, it got delivered yesterday, the delivery men had a long day but still assembled my sofa and now that i have sat down and had a cup of tea, i can say it the sofa has exceeded my expectations, the fabric is soft and rich and seats are medium soft which is perfect for me. I have already recommended to friend and would give the thumbs up for my experience

The sofa arrived 4 weeks late I kept getting told dates and the sofa never arrived on them dates then when it arrived the courtiers told me it wouldn't fit didn't attempt and left my sofa in the garden even though the company was well aware I was in and out of hospital when I got friends to help me we got the sofas in the living room in 10minutes avoid

Delivery was quick and they assembled the corner sofa, it is comfy sturdy and very good quality for online thanks guys

Quick delivery as mentioned on website but i was very skeptical at first because i was let down by DFS on another sofa however cant complain great lovely sofa similar to what i wanted but cheaper and quicker
