The Home Sofa Company were brilliant. The order was ready within a week leading up to Christmas. They kept the sofa on hold until I was ready. The replied to my emails quickly and even contacted me first.

Awful sofa, hard, uncomfortable, absolutely horrible. After emailing back& forth & being offered another sofa - I Would not recommend, why would I want another sofa when the one I wanted is horrific?! Awful, rude staff & the delivery men didn't even speak to me! Just dumped & ran! Unprofessional horrible company.

Tried to take advantage of the no hassel returns policy...trust me, it was a hassel & I couldn't return it!

Hi bought sofa still waiting for repair not replacement asked for replacement said need to repair waited.for parts to turned up wrong parts turned up could not repair said didn't want repair done as dragging on 10 weeks later still not repaired dragging on and communication has stopped had to keep emailing them

The staff were very helpful when I changed my order and I received a refund. (The original error was my mistake). Settee us good value for money and comfy

So I bought a £3000 sofa from dfs that I waited 3 months for. It came and it was awful so after 8 weeks I decided I needed to replace it. Found this site online and honestly thought it was too good to be true. I ordered the bishop sofa with footstools and only waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Kept up to date whilst waiting and the lads who delivered it were brilliant.absolutely stunning sofa . If anyone is reading this thinking it’s a fake review or something it really isn’t and I’d recommend these to anyone .

Very good service ordered twice a corner sofa then armchair back in January no issues on both orders, don’t really order online but the prices where better then the extortionate showrooms i had visited with my husband for the exact same sofa. I ordered the Windsor collection the sofa itself it absolutely comfortable, very strong and well built. The company themselves kept in contact from order to delivery as they should do. Thanks

Customer service team are shocking. Every time I was on the phone they would tell me a different story/excuse of why my couch was late being delivered.

Someone from the team shouted at me on the phone and hung up on me when o explained I was frustrated that I was promise a call back and no one got back to me or answered the phone from 4pm when the company closes at 5.

Delivery times are all over the place and o don’t think the team communicate with each other.

Couch itself seems ok, a lot smaller than seems online.

Waited 4 weeks but i understand its busy because of new year they kept me up to date and delivered within the promised timeframe, overall the customer service is beyond great, the sofa it is lovely will use again !
