I would give this company a zero rating…
I would give this company a zero rating if I could. DO NOT use this company. Ordered a set of sofas in November, they came delivered with faulty feet, when screwed into the sofa they were at such a had angle that one of the sofas was to dangerous to sit on. A guy came out to inspect them and had agreed their was a fault with them so they replaced both sofas with a new set. When the new sofas arrived they had exactly the same fault as the ones before. Contacted them again and they agreed to replace them with a different set in the new years. After contacting them in the new year this was after having to deal with these dangerous sofas over Xmas they again agreed to replace them they have now gone back on that word saying that there is no fault with the sofas at all and that it's my carpet that is at fault. So please do not use this company cause risk loosing your money like I have. I'm now in the process of taking them to a small claims court to get my money back. Filed paperwork to the courts today

I am very sorry to read, that you have had a negative customer journey with HSC, please be assured we take pride in the service to give our customers and we try our very best to resolve any matters.
However, I can see you order was delivered on time with no issues, then an case was raised for defected legs in which our team swiftly responded and replaced both sofas for you.
But unfortunately, sometime later another case was raised for the same matter, rather than replacing the legs you had opted to choose another sofa, in which we had agreed to exchange both sofas for you completely free of charge but for some reason you had refused this later down the line.
We have never denied there was an issue with the legs but we still replaced both sofas for you and even offered an exchange for any sofas on our website.
Your sofas were due past the standard 30 days free returns and these are the only option we have you under our warranty terms & conditions.

Excellent product and service …..
Excellent looking and sturdy 3 piece suite now in place. HSC we’re excellent when ordering and sent us numerous samples to make sure we ordered the correct colour. Customer service staff were always very courteous and professional and the prices are excellent.
This would easily have been a five star review but for the slightly late delivery ( though the delivery guys were brilliant) which would have been OK with us if the HSC communication had been better. A small issue with one of the feet was promptly resolved. Overall, highly recommended and a little more communication with customers would enhance the company’s reputation and lead to a five star rating

Very pleased with the Oakland Two Seater. Lovely sofa. Home Sofa Company were very good: quick to reply to any emails, kept me updated throughout order and delivery process. You order from Home Sofa Co. then get an email to say their delivery company has collected from them, then you get email to tell you when delivery to your house will take place. Also received phonecall to check order, and a call when delivering. Really happy with sofa and service.

I got my delivery today they kept in contact, they promised to deliver within 10 days as i needed the sofa urgently and as i been let down by another company i was skeptical at first but i am glad i went with my gut feeling, this company saved me £150 on the same sofa i wanted and it is absolutely gorgeous, the soft feel and extreme comfort, the delivery team were great they assembled my sofa and overall i am extremely happy. Would use again and recommend to all.

Purchased a sofa in December from the first use the sofa didn't feel right. Tried to return the sofa according to the 30 days no hassle but to no avail. Poor reviews are not posted on the website be careful. £600 wasted ordered a new sofa as this corner is truly terrible.

Excellent sofas and customer service
We ordered 2 Chesterfield sofas from here just before Christmas which arrived within a few weeks (quicker than estimated delivery date). The sofas are beautiful and well made. We were kept up to date with the delivery details and they were delivered as scheduled.
The delivery guys were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. A couple of legs were missing from van but they set the sofas up with alternative legs and ordered more of the original ones which they returned with a week or so later and fitted them for us. Absolutely delighted with this company and would highly recommend them.

Excellent quality, fast delivery and great communication.
I ordered a sofa from here after viewing a similar one on another company’s website for £400 more. It was delivered two weeks early, communication was excellent and the quality of the sofa is perfect.
I received text message updates regularly throughout to update me on my order as well as estimated day and exact times for delivery and a 30 minute warning on the day too.
I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking to get a new sofa. I ordered the light grey Bishop U shaped sofa and it’s exactly as it is in the pictures.
I had also spoke to a lovely employee via their Instagram which was great too.
Highly recommend.
