Worth every penny!
I was immediately impressed with Harry when I first made contact to ask about his service and I wasn’t disappointed on the day. The inspection took several hours to complete but was worth every penny and I only wish I had known about the service sooner. Had I had this done prior to exchanging and completing on my new build, it would have saved me a great deal of stress and heartache! Everybody assumes a new build will be hassle free! Had I done this first, it maybe would have been. Harry was polite, respectful and gave an exemplary service. Many Thanks

Would highly recommend Harry and his services!
He was very thorough and produced a very detailed and comprehensive report. We would never have found all the items he listed and the use of thermal imaging was an added benefit to ensure the house is sufficiently insulated. Harry was very knowledgeable and we 're very happy with the money we've spent on his services.
Easy booking and purchase process too.

Great service
Very pleased with the House Scan survey and report. Harry was thorough and produced a comprehensive report with images and details of every snag, including thermal camera shots of the heat loss areas. I'm glad that I used House Scan because there's no way I would have known about some of the issues until after they caused damage to my property. It was easy and flexible to arrange and I would recommend for anyone buying a new build.

Very Happy !
Called a few companies before deciding to go with House Scan as it felt a bit more of a personal service. Was a bit concerned at first as it seemed a new business but after talking to Harry and asking a few questions it put my mind at rest. Harry was great and I'm pretty clued up on snagging but a lot of issues raised I would not of found. A really good report compiled together and will now hopefully get the poor standard of work put right.

I had a house scan it was the best money I could have spent they picked up more then I could have. They are extremely thorough and checked everything. I was a bit skeptical when a young lad turned up but after 5 minuets of talking to him and watching I was put at ease. I would highly recommend this company to anyone
