Very pushy
I have just had a call from a representative who was very 'clever' in getting to talk to me as we are inundated with brokers who claim they can get best deal when our energy renewal is due. He was very pushy and sent across the LOA for me to sign while he was on the phone in case I had any questions !!! I have no doubt that deals can be made and prices reduced but I am not going to sign something online without further investigation on the company etc but he was very insistent. I have now instructed the team to deflect any calls from Ideal Utilities (a name that he never actually offered up when the call first came through) and ignore or forward to me any emails from them

Great savings
Great savings! Opened a new restaurant in Preston city centre - went direct to suppliers and could not get near the price Jordan secured for us at Ideal utilities. We also fixed on a long term. The standing charge was also a lot lower. We managed to stay with our current supplier so saved any time switching.
Highly recommended as they clearly have great buying power!

Great rates and customer service!!
I have ran our family business for the last 25 years and arranging our gas and electricity has always been a pain! I spoke with a sales agent from Ideal Utilities who explained they would come back to me in my renewal with some rates and that they would be able to help me with a billing issue I was having with my gas. I received a call 2 weeks ago and was offered a renewal rate, they also let me know the top 3 suppliers so I could make a informed decision. I remained with my provider for the gas and also got my billing issue (which I would of payed someone to sort !) sorted. Overall a very positive experience and glad to know my electricity will be taken care of!
