IGO are probably the best Estate Agents we have ever dealt with during our 25 years of buying and selling properties, IGO are quite simply at the top of their game. Although, the entire IGO team are excellent and all deserve a big thank you, i must give a special mention to Rachel (Hartlepool) and Philippa, who are at the very core of this companies success. Their can do attitude, due diligence, patients, natural ability to get the job done, professionalism, communication to all involved, and their unwavering willingness to succeed made us feel very secure in their hands. It goes without saying that i fully recommend IGO, and we believe you shouldn't really consider any other Estate Agent within their area of operation, you wont be disappointed. Also, after dealing personally with the IGO team, i'm positive your business team will go from strength to strength. Well done.

Great choice of estate agent. There is so many to choose from but what separated igomove from other vendors is there drive, efficiency, adaptability and passion to provide the best service possible. There listing procedure across photos, description and reccomended sale price support you to get the best return possible for your sale. They are a phone call away at all times with no wait time, will communicate with solicitors and other parts of the chain endlessly, share great guidance and advice at every time, and are just wonderful people to speak to and work with, thank you.

Bought a house through Igomove, although complications arose they always kept me informed of issues and supported in chasing solicitors when myself and vendors were chasing for answers.

As an estate agent we found the team to be helpful when selling our property and advising our next move. It was a tough time for selling houses with government actions/inactions so it did take quite a while to sell. Igo move were there for us at every stage although solicitors did let us down. I contacted our solicitors if I felt too much time went by, so must presume that the buyers solicitors were not as proactive.

IGO came recommended to me and it quickly became apparent why they were recommended.
Danny Naylor (Hartlepool office) maintained regular contact throughout and the office staff were always on hand and in regular contact re viewings and feedback.
The property wasn't the easiest to sell for a number of reasons but the advice and strategy from Danny helped us achieve the sale at an acceptable price.

Brilliant team to deal with, when the house didn’t attract much attention Michael came out and did a free drone overview of the property and the viewings came in. Krissy deserves special praise, she was incredibly helpful and always polite and a pleasure to speak with. But she was tenacious with the solicitor to ensure things progressed in a timely manner. Thanks to the full team but Krissy was extra helpful and went above and beyond for me.

I struggled to sell my house for 2 years with other ‘reputable’ companies. I then put my faith in igomove to sell my property and not even 2 months in it was sold. Absolutely faultless and the director Michael was perfect to chat to and made the whole process so easy
