Don’t delay using igo move. Fabulous communication, the office staff going above and beyond with any query big or small. Amazing service from Laura and Krissy. Added bonus that our house had an offer within 24 hours.

Helen was amazing through the whole process from start to finish. There was some teething problems but Helen was always at the end of the phone to help or reassure. A massive thank you to Helen and I would highly recommend.

Danny was extremely proactive, he responded immediately by generating fresh interest and getting more viewings. We were kept in the loop and never had to chase him up! Just want to say a massive thank you to the absolute sham of a company that is Igomove, For ripping away mine and my partners dream house that I have spent years looking and for trying to ‘partly blame’ me for your incompetent, negligent staff who couldn’t even be bothered or have the brains to open an email with my documents in for almost 2 weeks.

Not only did you let that email sit there and continue to let people view the house that I had the confirmation email to say my offer was accepted. But let me and my partner keep on calling to check to see that you had all the documents MULTIPLE TIMES and you lied and told us all was well. Thanks a bunch.

This has been an absolute nightmare to have my time wasted and me and my partners future plans ruined by you.

Then to be called admitting fault but being told sorry there’s nothing we can do after we made made the mistake and I hope you waste your time and sanity with our company again. Absolute joke.

If this was my company I’d be embarrassed and ashamed of the misconduct going on through incompetence staff 😡 and to complain about my experience is pointless as the complaint goes to the exact person who has caused all of this!
