Excellent. Worked hard and efficiently to find genuine potential buyers for our home. Courteous, friendly, focussed, professional. Offer made by second couple that came. Really good value for money as it's a fixed fee. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Igomove made buying my house a quick and simple process. There was never a silly questions and someone was always their to help, guide and support though the whole process. Sale was sorted quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish this estate agent could not do enough to help me and made the whole process much more manageable than I’d initially anticipated (having dealt with another local estate agent in the past). Personally from a buyers prospective, I found this company to be quiet the bully. Initially not listening to what I requested, a viewing and a copy of the video tour, was left until the last minute to get a booking for a viewing as they didn't realise I wanted to see the house. Within 1 hour of seeing the house (parent viewed) I received constant pressure calls asking me to make an offer. where I explained time and time again, I was unable to discuss with wife as we were both at work. I found the whole process as a 1st time buyer very pushy and almost desperate. The house is still up for sale despite being told an offer was put in. I personally wouldn't use this company and am staying away from any of their listings. This is my experience and I hope it was 1 of a few.

First class professional service from Helen Archer at Igo Move who sold my home within a week. Communication was excellent and included prompt feedback from viewings and about offers. Helen is such a people person and made the process so relaxed and easy.

I would only use Igomove if I was going to move again. We have used Igomove to both sell our own home in Hartlepool and more recently my mother in laws in Billingham.

Both agents were great. Danny from the Billingham branch is excellent, very proactive, sold the house before we actually put it on the market, unfortunately that fell through but Danny made sure it was sold again within 2 weeks and we had 2 buyers who wanted it.

The sale has been easy, I have messaged Danny on an evening if there has been information I required and Danny would answer on the evening not wait until the next day.

I could not recommend them enough. Igomove are an excellent estate agent, fixed fee so you know how much you are paying.

We were shown around potential properties by Julie and we have to say she was absolutely amazing! Julie had great ideas on home improvements based on personal experience and had very useful information on the local area which was invaluable. She was very friendly, accommodating and had great impartial advice which helped us to make up our mind on which property was right for us. We’ve subsequently made an offer on a house which was accepted and we’re now super excited to move!
Every Estate Agent should have a someone like Julie as she made the house viewing experience truly enjoyable so credit where it is due.

Danny, Michael and team are amazing.
They sold our old house within a week and supported us with buying our new one. Even when the sale hit a problem, the guys sorted it for us. They are extremely professional, friendly and supportive.
Would highly reccommend them, cant thank them enough for everything they did.

Helen sold our house and she was flawless from start to finish. Kept us informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and was super friendly. Totally recommend her and the company. Fees were super cheap and everything ran smoothly.

Recently sold my home through Igomove in Hartlepool absoloutly fantastic service right from the first phone call from booking my initial valuation, professional photos, great communication and a very speedy completion in only 2 months!

We put an offer in on a home that IGO were advertising. It was the 3rd property that we had gone for, but the previous 2 came with issues where we couldn't proceed. Third time lucky for us and I'm so glad IGO were the estate agents because things didn't go smoothly. Even though I wasn't the one paying IGO's fee, I honestly felt like they were working for me too. Danny was our agent and to have an agent that you can get hold of  outside of normal working hours is a blessing when things are going a little pear shaped or getting complicated, and I immediately seen the difference from the 2 previous offers we had put in with other agents. We hit huge problems right towards the later part of the sale and Danny was utterly amazing. He's not only a very nice person and super lovely to deal with, he actually genuinely cares about people and wants the sales over the line and he pushes and chases everyone. He loves to make customers happy and it's very much appreciated at one of the most stressful periods in life.

He's genuinly amazing. If I could, I would stand on the roof tops and shout about him.

If you're thinking of putting your house up for sale, then IGO need to be considered. If it wasn't for Danny we would have pulled out of the sale when it got really stressful, and at one point Danny was the only thing keeping us moving forward with this sale. The main reason we didn't back out is because Danny wouldn't have been paid and he deserved his fee for the extra running around he did. He goes above and beyond, and then some.

I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I will be using Danny at IGO, without a shadow of a doubt.
