Poor service
ikoustic definitely needs to change the delivery provider as the order took 2x more time to be delivered than expected. I wish I had chosen a different company for my requirements.

Helpful staff and great product…
Knowledgable sales staff on the iChat and were able to arrange a delivery within 2 days, when there was some confusion over delivery date they worked as a team to sort it out, thank you.
The Tecsound 55 pipe insulation worked well, job done!

Great Product Range and Service
When trying to identify the acoustic absorbing ceiling product I needed I was given excellent help on chat. iKoustic had exactly the product I needed, which is not easy to find. The delivery was as agreed and the driver went out of his way to bring the product to where I wanted it. I will order from iKoustic again.

The order can on the date stated, there was a small issue of one of the clips missing a component, but once informed of the issue they posted a replacement out next working day. Very helpful staff answered all my questions about fitting.
