What can I say. Absolutely unbelievable service from Dawn. From the moment we made contact she was more than happy to help us, she was super efficient, very helpful and had some great advice too.
We had booked an appointment with our bank but it was a few weeks off so we contacted Dawn, everything was done and we had a mortgage and additional funds in place well before the appointment with the bank. We cannot recommend Dawn at the independent mortgage partnership highly enough.

Since contacting Rita of The IMP some years ago regarding a house purchase she has been efficient, smart and thorough in all our mortgage questions and associated requirements such as insurance. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to testify how impressed I am with Rita. This was my third company regarding equity release and I wish I'd met her earlier. Rita, I felt went the extra mile, it really felt like she had me by the hand. She's friendly, professional and explains things in simple terms. Absolutely brilliant service. Dawn was the second mortgage broker i had spoken with and there is no comparison. Dawn is very driven and knowledgable. Nothing was to much trouble. She was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions and gave us regular updates. I am so glad i found her as i dont think we would have secured a mortgage without her.

The service that Rita provided was second to none. Rita left no stone un turned in requesting all required documentation that the lender went on to request. My wife and I now have the mortgage we required that other advisors thought not possible. This is the second property that I have secured a mortgage through Rita (First time buyer and now self-employed mortgage). If we are are to require a mortgage in the future, it'll be a no brainer where I go to seek assistance.
