Dawn assisted me in securing a mortgage and insurance for my first home. As a first time buyer the process seemed quiet intimidating, but Dawn seemed to be always available. Being a student on a zero hours contract I wasn't sure if id be able to get a mortgage but dawn helped me find one that works for me, taking her time to clearly explain all the different options for me and was amazing start to finish.

Dawn was recommended to us by a friend when we were moving house. Although we are based in the west of Scotland, distance was no barrier for her. It is rare to encounter such a professional person who also cares so deeply about her clients - not only did Dawn work hard to find out our needs, she made sure to communicate everything to us clearly, and it was apparent that she really wanted to get the best deal for us. Right away, she put at ease and we trusted her. Any questions we had were answered right away - I was always amazed how quickly Dawn responded. Rita was absolutely excellent throughout our house purchase. She is such a friendly person, and made us feel really well looked after. Everything was explained clearly, and Rita was always open to answering any further questions we had. We were first time buyers, so knew very little about the process but everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Our situation was a little different as we are both PhD students on unusual income types, but we feel Rita fully understood this and found us a good mortgage which works very well for us. Overall excellent service, and we’ll definitely return to this company if needed in the future.
