As first time buyers we were a bit overwhelmed with the process of finding a good mortgage, however we were guided through the process and were always able to get a response quickly to any questions (which we had plenty) that we had. Where do I start? I have been with Dawn for around 5 years now and she has been such a saviour to me. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. If something isn’t right, she won’t hesitate to do it again until she is happy with it. She is very professional but also genuinely cares for her customers. She showed us so much support during the sale of my house and purchase of our new family home, it was quite stressful but Dawn sought to check in and listen to how you were feeling and in her own time. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. We are so grateful to have had her as our mortgage advisor and as long as she is around we won’t be using anybody else. Best in the business!
