Recommend

Ordered a set of leds for my car , unfortunately there was an issue with the bulb that was no fault of inch autos.
Upon contact with Daniel, he gave me a few resolutions to sort the issue and it was hassle free. Will deal with again in the future.

Got full set of LED lights for 2017…

Got full set of LED lights for 2017 Ford Ranger.Amazing differece in driving at night now. Inch Auto was brilliant to deal with and made the install look so eazy. Would highly recommend Inch Autos to anyone.

I bought bmw lights for my f30

I bought bmw lights for my f30. They are NOT can bus free. Car sings me a song every time I turn it on with all of the error codes

The reviewer’s comments are inaccurate and misleading. The BMW F30 lights we sell are CANBUS compatible and designed to prevent error codes when fitted correctly. We have had no other reports of this issue. The review contains false technical information that damages our business reputation.

Wouldn’t be rushing to buy of them again

I ordered lights for my f30 and only half came about a week later, after continuous phone calls they eventually answered and said they’d sort it. So I left it another few days and no sign of it, I called again and got the same response. Then two weeks later I recieved the other lights and in fairness they through in two chargers and a usb plug for the car.
Customer service wouldn’t be great but atleast I got my lights in the end.

Terrible customer service

Sent wrong lights , tried to resolve over email but after 2 or 3 emails I never got a reply even after asking for a phone number to ring. Lights themselves are the best I’ve seen , customer service is appalling and if you want to return anything you will not get a reply .
