Beware - AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is NOT a reputable company! I've been with them for one year, and I make my payments. They clearly don't care about their good customers. After a year they notified me that they changed the terms of my card. Sadly the changes were NOT positive changes! They increased my interest rate by 10%, and they want to charge me a monthly fee now. So, beware, they will apparently penalize good credit management with them! That's not really great customer service or appreciation! Avoid them!

Indigo has terrible service & policies …

My Indigo card was declined twice in 3 days. I tried to do a purchase on Temu & another one on Amazon -- both for under $50.
I called customer service 3 times. Each time, I was on hold about 30 minutes -- my call was finally answered at 32 minutes -- on the 3rd call.
I asked the Customer service rep. why my card was declined & I was informed that the "system" indicated "fraud" on both transactions.
My card was blocked -- I asked the rep. to unblock my card & was told I had to "mail in" a copy of a government issue ID. There was no other way to do this, and I asked if I could do this by email, fax or a simple screenshot. I also asked why I was not notified there was a potential fraud issue -- the Rep. informed me a letter was sent in the mail (Indigo will not do text messages or emails for notifications). This is totally unacceptable!!! I travel frequently for work & may not get letter mail for a week or more.
I told the Rep. to cancel my card -- I will not do business with such a screwed up company.
Do not do business with this company -- it is not worth the headaches !!!

Without question the worst secured card ever!…

Without question the worst secured credit card you could get. Credit Karma should be ashamed of itself by being associated with this. If you transfer money from your bank it can take more than 2 weeks to be credited to your account. The customer service rep says it's to make sure the payment goes through. It's 2024 why would it take this long? Are they using Pony Express?
Can't wait to pay this off and close the account.

Doesn't put money on card when paid on time

I've had indigo for a couple of months I pay my premium early and it's still takes them 2 weeks to put it on the card they say when the bank releases it is a bunch of lies.
they don't give you your money when they're supposed to. It's been 2 weeks and still $0 on the card

A terrible card with terrible customer service

Over all it’s a terrible card there’s way better starter cards out there. At any random time their computer system wants even if you have never paid from a difference source they will hold the cleared payment for 14 business days. They claim it is to verify the funds but this is false. So you won’t be able to use your card during this time that they have withheld the funds from crediting. This isn’t reflected in your paper statement that they are withholding the funds. They also have very limited and poor customer service that are just reading from a script and can’t actually help with anything outside the script without “managment” help and extremely long hold times. They charge a yearly fee for putting up with their garbage customer service and there’s no rewards or cash back. Over all just a terrible card

3 Reps/2 Supers 3 different stories and still no Funds!

Indigo MC processed a pmt which I did NOT initiate for the full balance on my acct. I called to dispute and the Super I spoke to advised I could use their cash back feature and simply draw out the cash I needed, cash that prior to their pmt. was dog-earred for other bills. Guess what, when my attempts to get cash failed after following their directions, I got 3 different answers from my 4 phone calls where I spoke to 3 Reps & 2 supervisors. My attempts were flagged as high risk and cannot make another attempt for a MONTH! I guess my lawnmower man will get an IOU on that $80 Indigo refused to approve for me hopefully his family's gas & grocery needs can wait until then. Oh and the $ to repay a retired family mbr. well I'm sure their social security should be adequate for another 4 wks. Indigo, get your Reps & Sups all on the SAME PAGE when offering a resolution, learn the IMPORTANCE of 1st call resolutions, and don't ASSUME a solution is available, but rather ENSURE that it is. All of this is customer service 101!!!!!! Thank you SO much for the overall crappy cust. ser. you provided. I'll be sure to use it as another example of an across the board customer service FAIL for my next customer service training class!

MISINFORMED -

I’m traveling outside the country and failed to notify indigo of my plans and my card was frozen. I received an email to confirm if the transaction was me or not and to call the fraud department. I called customer service and confirmed the transaction with the representative, who then proceeded to ask me about my travel dates. Once confirmed I asked the rep to PLEASE reinstate my current card and she said yes it’ll be active again for usage. I tried using it today and noticed that the card number ended differently. I called indigo and was told by a different rep that a new card was sent. There is nothing that can be done to cancel the new one and reinstate my old. Completely unacceptable as it was never disclosed to me that a new card would be mailed out. Rather was ASSURED the same card will remain active.

Worse credit card ever

Worse credit card ever , asking copy of my DL by fax after credit card mailed to my house , sent many times to them even mail one copy , they cancel my credit line duo to time expired for the proof of identity and was then who offered me the card.

I was a great customer and paid my card…

I was a great customer and paid my card on time
I had 275.00 in credit on my card. I went to the store for a pack of cigarettes and my card was declined!! My payment wasn't due for 3 weeks and because I had a balance of 25.00 it was declined. Cigarettes are 8.75 🤬 I called customer service and the representative said I couldn't use the card because of the 25.00 balance. Needless to say I totally got out of my character, said a few choice words and canceled that scamming credit card. Under no circumstances apply for this card!! Run like hell 😡

DONT/ABORT getting a card!!!

Call twice, even spoke to a manager. I got the CaRd in my hand, said the names and purchases amount but they refuse to unblock my card! I did get ugly on the phone with them!! Told them close my account and refund my annual fee!! Since legit not even 2 whole months! RUNNNnN AWAY from this company!!

If it was a zero I would have chose…

If it was a zero I would have chose that. I was a customer payed my bill on time no problems. I changed my address they claim they sent a letter to my new address which I never received, even though I was on paperless communication. My account was closed due to possible fraudulent activity. When I ask what activity they said because I went in and gave a change of address????? The only way I found out my card was not any good I noticed a change in the look when I logged in and decided to call. I ask the customer service person I was speaking to could I speak with a supervisor he put me on hold and never returned I waited and waited. Just a big disappointment oh but I still am receiving monthly statements through my email and billing statements to my address but nothing else VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS NEW COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Worst credit card company to work with

I tried to get in touch with them to let them know. I have a different mailing address. They asked for all kinds of documentation which I provided. I was never able to use the card because it was declined because of my address. Which they would not work with me on. I called like 8 different times I think there's just a bunch of scammers. I called and called and never could get a straight answer. They kept asking me to provide proof that I was who I said I was and it was worthless because I provided it twice and they still kept saying they never got it, but yet they wanted me to pay the fee plus extra for something else. And but yet they couldn't help me get my situation straight to where I could use. This company is a good or reliable company.
I gave him a star only because there's not a 0 to put on there. But that would be negative 0 maybe.. I would not recommend this company to anyone..

This company is a total ripoff

This company is a total ripoff. They are extremely slow to apply payments to the account. They are very unprofessional in their handling of customer issues. Stay away from this company. The worst company that I have ever dealt with.

Second day in a row different card

Second day in a row different card. First revel now this time it’s my destiny card. They won’t allow me to add my banking information on the app or over the phone. Telling a customer to get another bank account or sending a money gram does not sound like a legitimate option to me. Bank info works for all other cards and transactions. Companies like this should be held accountable and shut down and the banks that subcontract the credit cards out should also be held accountable. This just blows my mind

Scam credit caed…

This card is a trap to destroy your score. No customer service. Setup ach payments 3x they couldn't effect and this is the only way to pay them
Changed their.name to Concordia suspect due to horrible reviews
Stay away from them
All CSRs are overseas with no authority to fix anything. Joke and a bad one at that if you unfortunately have this card.

Garbage card

Garbage card. It takes this card / bank 2 weeks to update your available credit after you made a payment and the funds have been withdrawn from your checking account. So they take your $ and do not give you any credit for 2 weeks. Stay away or get screwed!

When you make a payment it takes a week…

When you make a payment it takes a week for it to post on your account,
i.e. they hang on to your money for a week when other credit card companies I deal with post your payment within minutes. Also, after having the card for 12 months, having always paid my monthly bill in full and on time, they have never offered a credit limit increase and want to charge me $99 renewal fee for a $300 credit limit. I would have to be insane to do that. No thanks.

Stay far away from this credit card

Stay far away from this credit card! I opened my account 2 months ago. I went to log in to pay my bill. Received the following message, "Unable to sign on portal to pay bill." Tried reaching customer service and couldn't. Signed on later, and it appeared as if it took my payment. Went back a few days later and checked again to make sure it was scheduled. No record was found. Tried again, received the same error message as above. It locked me out of my account. After trying several more times, I was finally able to log in after changing my password over 10 times!!! I scheduled the 3rd payment. So, I go to use my card and it gets declined. I call customer service and am told that my account was closed! They said that two of my payments were declined and returned, so their policy is to close the account. What?!? I never knew anything was returned! They just closed my card without speaking with me! They were very sorry, but there was nothing they could do. Really!?! I will never open another account with them again and will highly encourage anyone to think twice before opening an account with this SHADY company!!! If I could rate them zero stars, I would have! Stay FAR away!!!
