Called to see if they would lower my APR and the representative told me that they don’t do that because they learn to subprime consumers. Basically they are going after low income people and charging... See more

This card is a scam
This card is a scam - made a payment - they took the money out of my checking account and instead of updating available credit the next day (like they did the previous month) now they are holding up my available credit for 14 days -payment has cleared my bank - and have really screwed my budget up for the next two weeks - this card is NOT reliable - thieves are what they really are and they could care less
Worth it. A Card for "Regular People"
There are some things that I, personally, had "red flags" about (high interest rate/low credit limit/annual fee ALL AT ONCE). HOWEVER... this may become a bit confusing, but if you hang in there, you will understand why I gave them 5 stars:
First, (at least the Person that spoke with): OUTSTANDING Customer Service. I called, because I had questions that were not answered "otherwise".
One of which was: I know my credit limit. I know my APR on purchases, and cash advances. I have NFCU, Capital One, and Chase Amazon Prime Visa Signature Cards, and have partially used, and paid off the cash advances that I have used. However, before, and in the envelope that the card came in, it listed my credit limit, and cash advance limit (a general rule is 30%, btw).
I didn't need to use it, but I NEED TO KNOW... Now, here is where the weird/cool things (at least to me) come in... IN MY WORDS, as a queenonabudget and kingonabudget: I it basically a REAL Credit Card (they DO report to the 'evil credit monitor peeps" :-), that can be used as any MasterCard can be. HOWEVER... the different/weird thing:
You can get a cash advance, up to your available balance (don't get it twisted. There are rules). So, basically, it is an combination between a debit card, and expensive credit card. Segway to ANOTHER cool thing/why I talked to their Excellent Customer Service Person:
Online, it said that I owed... (my words)... WHAT? When??!? In... It was explained: You don;t owe anything until your MARCH due date.. AND Your statement closing date will always be on this date, and payment date will be the date before that date.. the month after (told you that I might confuse you, but...) My closing date was the 21st of this month, and my payment date is the 20th of March (don't have to worry about whether it is a leap year, or not.
He also explained the cash advance stuff. (they will mail you a PIN).
I havn't truly tested them on being able to pay my bill, securely, easily, and successfully... YET.. but I believe that they will pass.
Horrible company
Horrible company! Card was stolen and I requested a new card; meanwhile, didn't have access to my online account because they had my SSN wrong in their system. They requested 2 forms of ID to grant me access and a new card. I provided it 5 times via fax and US mail to which they kept telling me it was illegible. Filed a complaint with the BBB which went on for months because they kept refusing my IDs; even sent them electronically through the BBB messaging system and they still didn't accept it. Finally had to hire an attorney, and at this point, instructed that my account be closed which they continued to take their time doing. Horrible service, Horrible communication, Horrible company!
