Terrible experience at the Spalding…
Terrible experience at the Spalding garage. Not only did they charge me £600 for the work done which has now had to be re done by another garage. On top of this I drove my car into the garage but after they worked on it I then had to pay to have it recovered to another garage. Plus the guy Andy in charge was very condescending in calling me “love”

Mariusz - Newark on trent
I'm leaving this 5 star review for Mariusz at the Newark on trent branch. Mariusz went above and beyond to rectify an issue with our brakes. We were almost 100 miles from home, and would have had major issues had he not done everything possible to fit us in and fix the problem. Cannot thank him enough, not only did he make sure we could drive home safely, he also saved our wedding anniversary/honeymoon weekend from being ruined.

An outstanding garage and the only one I trust
I have been using in & out Wisbech for 7+ years & I cannot recommend In and Out Autos in Wisbech highly enough. They are the only garage I truly trust with my car, and the service is consistently excellent. Ben, the manager, is always polite, professional, helpful and honest. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes the whole process straightforward and reassuring. The mechanics, Dan and Bradley, are outstanding, their workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. It is rare to find a garage that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but In and Out Autos Wisbech do exactly that. Went in today fof mot
Went in today fof mot . Paid for work to be done costing £260 so out of interest went to couole of garages asking for quotes one said £110 one said £120 they couldnt believe the invoice when inshowed them how much they harge for a wioer and droo link . Rip off merchants never go there again plus i dont think they even serviced my car last time i took it for service . Never use these

Long uninformed delays
Booking process was good and easy. They called me in at 11:45 -1:15 for car maintenance and mot. Arrived on time and my appointment was changed to 12:30 for near reason. Then Got a message at 1:55 that car was ready. Came to the center they said my car appointment was at 2:30 and the car will be ready at 3:30. Had to wait for 2 additional hours before i got my car

I'd go again
Let me start with my aged car did not survive the MOT and needs to be scrapped.
The team were polite, honest and straightforward. The waiting room is basic but was cool and had free coffee.
The bad news was delivered well and I will be back with my next car.
