Learning experience.
My learning experience was interesting.I learned in Wide variety of settings and ways in the environment that I am interested to work. It’s challenge my abilities to study hard and more research in order to achieve my goal. Very grateful to have technology that help a lot in research and also visiting library for more research. Also realise how important of using time in order to do your study. In vocational placements was very confronting, challenge and consistently work.I get to use to it after few days of placements.Get to meet a lot of peoples and very special experience in looking after our elder people.I did enjoyed my work placement.

Wouldn’t recommend
Right from the very start it was a terrible experience. It is soo hard to communicate to anyone and if you did communicate with someone each time it would be a different person and you would have to explain 100 times over until you got to someone that can actually help! Takes forever to mark assessments.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience. The trainer and the student services team are nice and willing to help students. But sometimes it was not convenient if I have questions and want to talk to my trainer. The trainer call were often booked out, especially on the hours that I am more able to pick up the phone call.

All the staff were extremely helpful
All the staff were extremely helpful, the content though was outdated and questions were very ambiguous with several possible answers and quite a few errors in the workbooks.

TAE upgrade
I chose Inspire education to upgrade my TAE training and assessment due to value for money and ability to learn online. I found the whole enrolment process very easy and was able to upload all the prerequisites with out issue. The work books where easy to download and work through and are well supported by the online learning tutorials which helped me with the projects. Inspire where always easy to contact either through the phone line or as used for the majority of the time the chat function within the student hub. It was easy to book appointments with trainers and when I struggled with one of the assessments they were able to assist and clarify what was required. When my course expired as they have time limits I was able to extend it although this did cost extra so make sure you check the amount of time you have to complete the course in my case 6 months which I didn’t realise when I signed up.

DO NOT STUDY WITH INSPIRE EDUCATION
DO NOT STUDY WITH INSPIRE EDUCATION.
Please just use your local TAFE. Resources are outdated and poorly written. You can see that the materials were made offshore as basic grammar and English are missing from every resource and even on the subjects themselves.
Responses are quick via the message system but if you want to talk to a trainer, be prepared to book in advance and only need 15 mins of assistance. That's if the person giving you the assistance has any understanding of your subject. I was uniquely qualified in that I have a degree in my subject area, but to change advance, I needed a current Diploma in ECEC as my previous one was more than 10 years old. Half the material reference outdated framework and regulations. When you point this out the assessors will openly tell you to write the wrong answer "cause it's in the Resources and that's what we mark from". For a course that is about holistic learning, they certainly don't know how to do that. Know that it's a pass/fail with you just regurgitating the guidebooks.
If you do answer the questions, be prepared for a 6 week wait on the subject to be marked.
The answer that the Feedback Team will give you to this review is that "It seems like you had a challenging time". Know that they don't care. Understand that this is a money making RTO who bank on you dropping out or having to pay for course extensions.

WATCH THE WEBINARS FIRST AND SPEAK TO YOUR TRAINERS!
I recently completed my Cert III in Education Support. The trainers Rexina and Allison were great. They were very responsive to messages and their phone calls were always helpful. Inspire admin were also great at giving things like extensions due to to illness etc. I liked that you could start and complete the work books in any order and didn't have to wait for results to continue on. If you are doing this course you MUST watch the webinars before you start to complete any of your work books and I would recommend booking regular calls with the trainers. Often what is asked of you in the work book is NOT how the trainers wish you to complete it. Watching the webinars will save you alot of tears. I would recommend watching ALL webinars for the vocational work book before starting your placement and getting really prepared.
The main issue I had is that when I went on placement I had SO much more work compared to others doing the same certification at other institutions. I also had to get about 50 pages signed vs my peers who had to get 3 or 4. This was really frustrating and is the main reason why I have given 3 stars. The school said they had never had someone doing this certification who had to do the volume of work I had and they felt it was over the top and unnecessary. This made it stressful at times because I felt like I was constantly having to bother teachers for input compared to other students. I believe the course is changing so hopefully it is easier .

Inspired and now qualified
It took a while to get into a learning rhythm. Once aware of the additional learning and support ,including live and recorded webinars, trainer chat and trainer calls, the distance learning was made easier.
The forums also were also an avenue of getting more assistance.

Instructor Kenneth is a valuable staff member of your organisation, I sincerely wished I had him after the first week. He was truly inspiring. No pun intended. A1 work related ethics and conduct, A1 personality as an instructor. Clear and effective spoken communication. Personal appearance and grooming very commendable. It was his legacy I maintained in mind throughout the remainder of the course that promoted my self esteem and sense of purpose with reason to focus on the final outcome. Five/five stars for him. Four/five stars for the overall experience.

Wanted out with a rapid refund from the beginning, butvthey kept me going with extension adtervextension ( thankfully all free due to extenuating circumsatnces) Totally frustrated with over complicated course material, booking trainer calls was only allowed every 3 days,forc15 mins only.. message option kept disappearing on their hub,far too much subject matter to complete in only 180 hours of workplacement, requiring students to attend all staff meetings, WHS, dementia, request/discuss personal needs from/with clients!? ridiculous roleplay expectations for palliative end of life exposure,
Will never sign up for Inspire online learning ever again,by the skin of my teeth I did pass!! But took years off my life in stress!!

A new way of learning for an older student
I enjoyed doing my Cert IV in training and assessment with Inspire. I was initially challenged with online learning, not being too computer savvy, but I was given a lot of encouragement and support from both staff and other learners.
