Cert IV disability unit was very useful and practical!
Video submission was a bit tough but, at least if there two people, you can do multiple roles at the same time so you don't have to worry!
Even distanced study, there was nothing problems at all.
Keep studying while working at the same time, is always very challenging but, you can do! The material is very easy to read and find the answer.

I have done one course from Inspire education and planning to do another. It provides great support to students if and when required. Information desk provides the accurate information before enrolling the course. Course fees are affordable too. Highly experienced trainers

Don't study with Inspire
Inadequate learning resources with missing, conflicting and confusing information. Inadequate support with only about 30% actually having any knowledge of what they were talking about. Promised a facilitator to 'help support you' which was non existent. Assessment marking can take up to 6 months of a 12 month course. ZERO feedback on ANYTHING yet were constantly asking you to fill out feedback surveys on every single contact you make. Other students I have talked to have had the same and worse experience. RTOs and potential employers I have spoken to, have also commented on how bad this college is. It would have to be one of the worst learning experiences of my life and I have several other qualifications. I would be interested to know how many people enrol in this course actually complete it or at least have to pay for several monthly extensions in order to get it finished. I would recommend to stay as far away from this college as possible.

The Cert IV certainly is our flagship course, to which you can study at your own pace or choose from a range of flexible study options. Furthermore, entry requirements, resources needed by the student and marking timeframe are all made available and accessible via our website, course info pack and student handbook.
Please also know that trainers receive ongoing training to ensure a consistent and professional service is provided to all students. As required, our trainers and assessors are all qualified and experienced professionals in their respective course areas, they are current in training and assessment practices and work within the Standards for Registered Training Organizations, and all assess to the same benchmarks. This ensures the training our students receive is current, relevant and delivered in a way that students can understand.
We are very concerned about the marking delay, and this was particularly surprising, so I had a look into your account. I see that you enrolled in April 2021 and started working on your submissions last week of November 2021. I can see that most of your assessments were marked within 2-4 weeks which is within the standard marking time frame of 6 weeks as published in our website and clearly stated in the student handbook. Extended marking time frame is not our normal standards in operation, and we do send notification in those very rare events.
We also have tight timeframes around responding to students’ questions, and our call booking system and message centre are always available via the Hub. We also have our forums and our live Q&As with our trainers. I can see several support calls with our trainers and student portal messages, so I am unsure where you think our support and feedback fell short.

A great online course provider
It provides great and overall handbook to guide me through the course. The instructor is really knowledgeable and patient. During the pandemic and flood disaster, they also assist students to have extension efficiently.

Poor quality training organisation
Trainers did no know learning content and did not ring back at requested booking times.
You only allow two 15min calls per week and when the trainers call you lose 5 min because they do not have the workbooks ready to answer queries.
Even when my certificate was sent on completion it was sent to the wrong address. On completion inspire asked me to confirm and send though the correct mailing address which I did, but inspire still sent it to my old address.
There are better companies than inspire, please read all reviews before considering to sign up with them.
I do not recommend this training organisation.

First of all, please know that our trainers and assessors are all qualified in their course areas in compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organizations 2015.
We are very concerned about your trainer booking comments. This was particularly surprising because we offer all students 2 phone calls a week to talk with their trainer. This way, all students have the ability to speak with their trainer to keep moving through their course. If we remained tied up with 1 student all day, we wouldn't be able to support our other students too I am afraid. It's actually something we are very proud of. Universities only give a few minutes only once a week to student, and many low-cost training organizations often charge for additional support like this. Instead, we offer both low pricing and the ability to contact your trainer at least twice every week during your course.
We can see several unanswered support calls with our trainers all with multiple attempts to reach you. We also can certainly see that where you have contacted us for support via phone calls and hub messages, our trainers and admin staff were able to answer your queries and provided guidance wherever and whenever possible.
As with the certificate mailing, we apologize for this inconvenience. We mail out certificates every Friday and send the congratulatory email days prior to confirm student’s mailing address. We did not receive any response and in this regard address in your student portal is assumed correct and we posted out your certificate as scheduled. We were able to rectify and mailed your certificate out to your new address.
