I enjoyed my training with Inspire…

I enjoyed my training with Inspire Education thanks to the patience, professionalism and kindness of all the trainers. I did a combination of zoom training and self paced. My zoon training sessions were interactive, engaging and well paced to ensure no one is left behind. The trainers have a great sense of humor that make the learning process fun and positive. The follow up support is second to none. I highly recommend Inspire Education.

It is horrible school

It is horrible school.
I tried to do a certificate IV in training and Assessment. I am dive Instructor who have already work in the RTO with experience enough to do the RPL.
No one advised me or help me to explain me how to do it with my industry.

I complained couple of time but the office and the trainer did not coordinate. I tried to cancel the course and have a refund, but the office convinced me to do one more meeting by phone with an assessor, that it did not a big help.

After the last change, I tried to get my refund but they do not give to me due to it is not in the period of cancelation ignoring all the complaint that I did. The lady from the refund department requested me about my visa in Australia, that it is not the case because I am not in student visa conditions.

SO please DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS SCHOOL. It is horrible quality and I lost 3 months with them and my money.

The are better school like PLENTY TRAINING EDUCATION.

And of course they commented to this review to say I can write them. REALLY you need more complaints. Did I not call you enough to complain about my situation? What is going to change to email you one more time? This school only cares to convince you to stay, just only they don't have to give your money back, it is not to help you.

We regret that the online study pathway did not meet your expectations. It is our aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment for students to reach their full potential and eventually reach their study goals. Juggling work, family and studies can really be challenging, aside from our call booking system, course queries can be relayed to trainers and assessors through the student portal messaging system which is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This allows student more flexibility in their studies.

We are really concerned to hear of your concerns, so we had a look into your account. We can see several support calls and student portal messages with our trainers, more than 6 months combined non-standard and courtesy extensions to allow you additional time in completing the course.

While our trainers and assessors and admin staff may provide guidance or assistance to our students, it remains our student's responsibility to know the course requirements and how to move forward with what is needed and complete the requirements to the satisfaction of the unit of competency. With all the guidance and assistance, we provided, we are unsure where you think our support fell short.

We do have full confidence although rigorous, undertaking our qualification ensures that you meet all the industry requirements. We have supported hundreds of graduates of this course and the qualification earned helped them advance their careers.

I felt like the support took too much…

I felt like the support took too much time. The questions need to be rephrased so that they are more clear. I spent a lot of time trying to decipher what was required.
The trainers were friendly but hard to make a booking within my study hours.
I wish I did not have to pay for more time! Other companies do not ask for more money.

The virtual classes are excellent and…

The virtual classes are excellent and deserve a 5-star rating. However, if you are on your own and you try to do it self paced (which I signed up for in the first place but then had to pay the extra expense to do it virtually or I wouldn't be able to finish the course). The set-up is confusing and you need study partners for many of the subjects. The online workshop videos were not edited, so you had to sit through a long wait at times.
I highly recommend the virtual classes but I would give 1 star for the self-paced road. A Trainer call is difficult to book as most bookings are full and at times you really need an answer ASAP to be able to continue. Unfortunately, due to this, I will give it a 3-star rating.

We deliver the training of our distance courses in an online format. Students are provided with all learning materials, assessment tools, student forums, webinars and other resources required to complete their particular course. Students are then able to work through these learning materials at their own pace.

We love supporting our students, and we have always made available a myriad of communication systems including the trainer phone call booking system, the 24/7 message centre, the forums, as well as regular scheduled live Q&As with our trainers. These are all available in your student portal. Communication channels are integrated in our HUB to ensure we always provide a seamless student experience.

terrible terrible terrible please don't…

terrible terrible terrible please don't waste your money on this vultures. once you sign in no body cares at all. I dont know how they expect you to pay them and they offer you nothing in return. i hope my review saves someone money. if you are thinking of doing any cert with them my advice is DON'T. GET A PHYYISICAL SCHOOL AND SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND FRUSTRATIONS.

Do not join this company.

This company takes your money and then the communication is terrible, the way the questions are formed makes it impossible to get the answers right.
The feedback is inconsistent resulting in having to submit assignments multiple times, I ended up buying the block training because completing this remotely is impossible and should not be sold to people, it ended up costing me way more than I thought it would and I could gone to TAFE for half the price, Beware the low entry cost to this course it will cost you in time, money and frustration down the track.

TAE40116 Upgrade Units

I was studying TAE40116 Upgrade Units and initially had three months to complete. Unfortunately this was delayed due to various reasons, however I found the majority of this being the painfully slow response from the Inspire team to complete marking and provide feedback on assessment items. Whilst the Trainers I dealt with were mostly knowledgable, friendly and helpful (this was the difference between one star and two) there are clearly not enough trainers to address the demand. The lack of trainers made it difficult to book personal trainer calls and you needed to forecast your needs and book these multiple weeks in advance. Would I use Inspire again, or recommend them to you? Unfortunately not.

Thank you for taking some time reaching out to us. It sounds like you had some challenges. We are really concerned to hear that our service has led to your frustrations, and we like to offer some clarity on the matter.

Please know that with the TAE upgrade course, the 3 months duration is based on nominal hours as endorsed and developed by industry experts in conjunction with the VET industry. As a training organization we do not develop training packages; we instead have to adhere to any changes to scope and industry as mandated to us.

We are also incredibly surprised by your comments on the assessment marking and feedback delays, so I had a look into your account. I can see that most of your assessments were marked within 1-2 weeks which is within the standard marking time frame of 6 weeks as published in our website and clearly stated in the student handbook. Extended marking time frame is not our normal standards in operation, and we do send notification in those very rare events.

We continue to assist our students at this difficult time, and we have formal policies and specific guidelines and support services to do this and this why we granted you a 2-month non-standard extension to allow you additional time to complete your course. Please know that while our trainers and assessors may provide guidance or assistance to our students, it remains the student's responsibility to complete the requirements to the satisfaction of the unit of competency.

Diploma- early childhood education

Have just completed my diploma in early childhood education. The course was easy enough to follow. I did find that a few of the questions needed further explanation as to what they were after or be more specific in what was needed. I never needed to speak with the trainers and found talking with people in the industry more helpful. The workload that is required whilst in placement is excessive when you complete the subjects individually. Overall the I found the course informative and educational.
