Lack luster, disappointing flowers
I ordered flowers online to send to my in laws. The flowers were very disappointing. The difference between the picture online and what was sent is very noticeable. The picture had a variety of different flowers with lots of lovely vibrant colors. What I received was dull two colours. The flowers look like the scraps that are left at the end of a shift.

Did not deliver on my daughters birthday the day I was promised…
Not happy that I was emailed after lunchtime the day of the delivery to say there were no tulips and then my daughter did not get her delivery on the day of her birthday - very embarrassing, as I asked her how her present was and, of course, she was like What present. I was not given an alternative; just do you want to cancel or we will deliver tomorrow - because of the later email I had no time to organise anything else. Really poor service. I am now disappointed with your response. You did not email until 1.13 pm in the afternoona nd responded at 3 - your florist would have known in the morning they did not have the flowers, so why did it take until the afternoon to get back to me? You have made this look like it was my mistake again. Poor, poor service and not a great response when you are putting it on the customer for what could have been sorted out earlier in the day. Some people also work and cannot respond immediately, so the earlier we get notice, the better. Contacting me in the afternoon of the due date is not satisfactory.

We are sorry for the embarrassment you felt. We had emailed you to let you know the florist had no tulips until the next day and we did not get a reply from you until it was too late so they were sent, as we believed it was better than her receiving nothing. Sometimes a GMail account email goes to your junk or spam folder so that maybe where the problem was.

I really wanted the flowers delivered on the Saturday. And when I purchased and put in the date for Saturday it accepted. Then the next day I got a message to say couldn't deliver Saturday cos its rural. Had to be friday. Thats ok. Understand but you need to put that in while doung purchase do yo no then. Not after. Unfortunately the NZ postcodes can cover quite a significant distance and therefore our website lets you order for that postcode for Saturday or same day delivery.
