Great experience. I got a pair of varifocal glasses from Iolla Cambridge, they had a great selection of frames and the prices were reasonable. The price of the lens includes thinning as well. Vision is very clear compared to my old pair. Would certainly recommend.

The right level of interest and helpfulness without being pushy. Very friendly welcome. And now I am very happy with my cool pair of sunglasses I bought.

Staff were super lovely and helpful and helped me with my baby pram. Glasses super great and fantastic price.

I first visited Iolla in Cambridge in August 2025. It was a superb experience in terms of range of glasses, customer service and care. I recently visited again in December this year, chose completely different frames to the ones I'd planned (which suited me better!), thanks to great advice from Indu, the Manager of Cambride Iolla. I’ve struggled all my life having affordable stylish glasses that don’t break the bank… especially being +5 prescription.

From start to finish Iolla was amazing, I was fitted in the shop and they delivered them to my address for no extra cost. Definitely not bothering with other high street retailers from now on. Iolla is clearly the way forward.

Was looking in Cambridge for some Glasses been in a few shops , but this was the nicest one of all so helpful and made it easy for me to get the glasses that I wanted will be back again soon.👍

I've had glasses from other companies that offer a similar service that I couldn't use. This was the opposite experience, the person who took my measurements in the Cambridge store was excellent. She checked against my current glasses and did a very precise job. I'll be going back again.

Mrs K has been getting her specs via Iolla's Glasgow shop for a while, & had no problems. I needed some new glasses because of a slight change in my prescription, so we looked for the nearest Iolla shop, which proved to be 80 miles away in Cambridge. We went over with my prescription & I chose frames (under direction!) and we made the order , - & paid. The specs arrived a few days later, & the only problem is that the frames will need a bit of adjustment to sit properly on my nose. The Young lady who served us was very helpful & attentive, & knew her business, which is always a source of comfort.

I had a fantastic experience at the shop in Cambridge! The personnel were helpful and patient, making sure I felt comfortable while trying on as many frames as I needed. Their customer service was top-notch. The quality of the glasses is excellent. Plus, they have a huge selection of frames, so finding the perfect pair was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and stylish options!

I stumbled on IOLLA back in the summer and went in and made enquiries. I do not live in Cambridge so needed a pair of glasses based on a new prescription being done in September.
The lady I spoke to was charming and very thorough. I
My prescription is quite complicated so I interrogated her very comprehensively to be sure there wouldn't be any problems.
Once my prescription was ready I emailed it through having made my frame choice earlier in the year.
On receipt of the prescription she replied immediately but was anxious to check her measurements, as if set incorrectly the glasses would not work exactly as they should.
Fortunately I was able to call in and she remembered everything about me. She checked the measurements, which were right.
Two weeks later I received my my new glasses and they have been perfect.
I would thoroughly recommend the lady in Cambridge and IOLLA and have absolute confidence in her.
Had I purchased a similar pair of glasses from my own optician, even with their loyalty scheme I'd have paid nearly three times the price.

Took my prescription into the Cambridge branch. From the start, the staff were excellent, helped and explained all the way through.

Delivery was within earlier than expected, and the glasses are great quality.

Very happy, definitely recommend.
