Product Really works
Product Really works, great for kickstarting healthy eating when you don’t have the patience for regular calorie counting. Good mix of products but wished the flapjacks tasted as good as they look!!

Feeling Revitalized
I expected the first 3 days to be more difficult but I got through it alright with the right mindset. I'm so pleased I'm on day 4. I still fantasize about food 😂😂but the idea of what I'm going to gain by sticking to the course is much more important to me.
I like the flavours, particularly the chicken soup, it's really filling. My times are a bit awkward now because I work nights, so what I do is... In the morning I have my breakfast strawberry drink and go to sleep, when I wake up to prepare for work I have my lunch chocolate drink, then for my break at work I have my soup. I know the timing in between could be a bit of a stretch but I can't figure out a different way. I hope it'll still work for me.
So far, I'm a happy bunny.

The flapjacks and soup are terrible
The flapjacks and soup are terrible. I thought they would be handy for work. Also I did not receive a shake bottle with first order. The shakes are nice but need a stick blender to mix, they don’t mix well with a hand whisk. And can’t be pre prepared for work as need to be used within 30mins. They are very sweet tasting which wouldn’t be my personal preference. But it has been great to have a break from cooking and thinking about my keto foods, as I have a young family to cook for also it was just too much hassle cooking twice. The website and video very dated, think it’s the same as when I did it 11 years ago.

Sorry to hear you didn't like the flapjacks and soup. We are dealing with the excess weight akin to treating any deep-seated behaviours, even addictive behaviours. The role of the Lipotrim formulas is to deliver optimal nutrition whilst maintaining as near to food abstinence as we can. The formulas need to be bland and not moreish for this reason.
We do not offer a free shaker, hence its absence, and advise to indeed use a blender as the best way to make up the formulas.
Our written guidance states to consume the formulas within 15mins - this ensures the nutritional integrity of the formulas.

This product is the real deal when you need this level of help. Don't let other pharmacies tell you other liquid replacement diets are the same. They are not. This is help for people that are really serious and need to loose weight. Great product.
