Great service, great price!
I live in Sydney Australia. I'm visiting UK for 5 weeks. I wanted an inexpensive acoustic for finger-style and slide. The perfect little guitar was available at a ridiculously low price. My mate who is with Gibson Guitars was amazed. Tom who took 3 calls from me was incredibly helpful and ensured the set-up was as requested, with higher-than-usual action and medium rather than light strings fitted. The parcel was delivered on time and in good order. Great service, just the guitar I needed. Tom, anytime time you're in Sydney I owe you a beer or two! Cheers. Hamish

Very good website, fast delivery.
Very good website with well described items. Good prices and relatively low threshold for free delivery. I was kept informed of shipping and item arrive quickly, well packaged.
Only negative was I forgot to add something small to order and my email to correct this did not get a response - so I didn't receive or pay for item.
