From start to finish these guys were fantastic! Great service lining everything up with Jake at the office, then we had Ryan, Joe and Logan to pack and move everything across 2 days, super speedy and really professional

Top notch experience and highly recommend. From the moment I found this company online and reached out to the moment they delivered my goods back to me it has been positive and seamless. First of all Jake does a fantastic job behind the scenes making sure you are well informed of all steps of the process. The collection team Louis and Chris were super helpful and helped make a stressful process calm and smooth. And when it was time for my items to be returned they were delivered to my door on time and efficiently by Logan and Dylan. All 4 were a delight to work with and very helpful. Cannot stress enough how positive this entire experience was, especially during a stressful period such as moving house. Thank you!

Our experience with JamVans for long-term storage was seamless from initial quote to collection. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is excellent. Rute in Account / Customer Service team was very clear, friendly and helpful in securing the storage we needed at a very good price. On the day of collection, Aaron and Robbie were fantastic - they were friendly and efficient. Overall, JamVans have made what can be an arduous move seamless and straightforward.

Joe and Chris were excellent and very understanding about my unusual circumstance for partial delivery. They communicated and worked quickly and safely to get what I needed in-house.

This company is BRILLIANT! I’m in a wheelchair and Jamvans made the whole process so easy I didn’t have to lift a finger. They were absolutely fantastic i highly recommend them and you can’t beat there prices for the service they provide. From the friendly lady on the other end of the phone who explained everything so understandable and the process involved, to the men who had all my stuff loaded and then unloaded in a very fast amount of time but yet done very organised and safe. No problems at all! I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much Jamvans.

It is an excellent team effort, which includes Jake, and Martin, and twice we have been extremely fortunate to be assisted by Rikki. He is a wonderful advertisement for JamVans. He is both personable and professional and he really knows how to deal with clients when they need to check their storage container. If we could give him 10 stars, we would! We had a stellar experience with JamVans! We moved into a rental in London and didn’t like some of the furniture. Jake at the JamVans office was super friendly and great to work with. He gave me a fantastic quote and arranged for next-day collection. Harvey turned up and delivered a fantastic white-glove service - cleared away the furniture and left our home clean and tidy. He was smart and professional, really friendly. I’d gladly recommend JamVams and will no doubt use them again.

Amazing service from Chris & Joe at JamsVans!

This is my second time using JamsVans and once again, the service was exceptional. Chris and Joe helped me move out of my apartment and into storage today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were so kind, helpful, and professional — nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

It’s rare to come across such genuine, hardworking people who also bring such a positive energy to what could easily be a stressful day. They handled everything with care and made me feel completely at ease.
