Wonderful ring. I really love it.
My only suggestion is to put the wooden ring container inside a slightly larger cardboard box. The ring fell out of the wooden container and was loose inside the plastic bag, which could have been damaged.

We loved the ring once it arrived, however, it arrived two weeks later than what was communicated when I ordered. It was a Fathers Day gift and it did not arrive on time.

Their products are beautiful! You won’t regret ordering from them. I returned the men’s bracelet only to get the proper size. The staff are wonderful in taking care of the customers. The shipping is fast. I highly recommend them and will be returning to buy more of their products.

They rings I got were beautiful. I also got the wrong size and they exchange them for me fast and easy .they were friendly and honest.

Me and my fiance ordered the nebula rings and when we got them we realized that our sizing guide was wrong and we had to send our Rings back to get the proper size. We then contacted Japanese melody.com and told them what happened and that we needed the ring to be swiftly exchanged they did not hesitate they were 100% on board they were willing to get us the correct items we needed and then they shipped out all this happened within a week and it was amazing considering we decided we were going to get married on a Thursday May 15th the Rings were scheduled to be here May 16th they literally got here the day before we were set to get married 2 days earlier than expected we are so happy so excited with our products that I wanted to tell the story the company is absolutely reliable amazing at communication and willing to help jump in the action and we could not have been happier we love our rink they're absolutely gorgeous in every way

Every thing about my experience was amazing and quick. Picked out the perfect ring for my man, while the website said it would take around two weeks if I remember to get to me, it actually took less then a week. I made a mistake on my behalf of getting the ring size a half size smaller, but they responded very quickly and getting the exchange took only around a week. They even gave me a better ring box that matches the ring instead of the cute wooden one it came with even though it was still cute in my opinion. Both were perfect. This company is reliable and good quality.

I was a little disappointed because the ring didn't come with a box that it would sit in. The box it came with wouldn't even fit a band in it.( I thought that I was getting a wooden box with it but that may have been a miss read on my end)

The ring came when promised in a lovely wooden ring box. My husband loves it!

I had to return cause of sizing issues (my fault) but the ring looked gorgeous when I had it. It was delivered so fast. I'll probably recommend to my kids

I loved that they offered 1/4 ring sizes because im an akward size. Im not used to wearing rings but this one was very comfortable especially with all the hand on work I do as a part of my job. I was surprised at how quickly the rings came. Simple yet elegant

Update to previous one star review: company did eventually respond and claimed that my emails went into spam…. They shipped out the correct item and provided me with a shipping label to return the incorrect item at no charge. I am satisfied with this outcome. Just wish their processing was a bit more timely.

I was shipped the wrong item. I followed the instructions on the website to report the mistake and request resolution. I have not received any response to the emails I have sent.
