I loved that they offered 1/4 ring sizes because im an akward size. Im not used to wearing rings but this one was very comfortable especially with all the hand on work I do as a part of my job. I was surprised at how quickly the rings came. Simple yet elegant

Update to previous one star review: company did eventually respond and claimed that my emails went into spam…. They shipped out the correct item and provided me with a shipping label to return the incorrect item at no charge. I am satisfied with this outcome. Just wish their processing was a bit more timely.

I was shipped the wrong item. I followed the instructions on the website to report the mistake and request resolution. I have not received any response to the emails I have sent.

Missing Ring
When I received the order one of two rings that I ordered was missing. I contacted the company, and they immediately replaced the missing ring. It is wonderful to deal with an honest on-line company.
By the way, both rings are beautiful and look stunning on my hand!

The rings that I received are exactly as advertised and are very beautiful. My wife and I had been looking for a set of rings that describe us as a couple and these do exactly that. The uniqueness of the rings and the shipment presentation were professional and aesthetic.

Rings came to us and were beautiful. They look unique and are of solid construction.

First, the ring box was a bit chipped; then, the ring fell out when I opened the box; then, I noticed that a sliver of wood was sticking out of the ring. Is the wooden interior of the ring not polished with a protective coating? My husband is worried about getting the wooden part wet when he washes his hands.
