The showers need a temperature control…
The showers need a temperature control so i can wash in cold water after iv had a hot wash, at present the showers are just hot with no option for cold water. This is at JD gym in fenton stoke on trent

Honestly a great place to go
Honestly a great place to go, everyone there is so nice and friendly and don't judge people on their shape. It's helped my mental health alot and made me feel more comfortable in my own body

Showers either dirty or not for use this week in stoke showers closed for nearly 2 weeks I understand there is a repair need be done but why take a whole 2 weeks not good

Too dark!
Similar as last review… been a member now for 10 years, was at the xercise4less before it turned into JD. The new “fire door” is hideous in the women’s section, no natural light coming it at all. This used to have a glass but assuming cardboard added as a cheaper replacement. This makes the small area dark and suffocating. No smiles or hellos from staff other than Paul who’s been there ages. Staff turnover like no other and it seems with each new staff there are less and less smiles with members.
