Great facilities with friendly staff
The facilities at my local JD gym are clean, modern and always well presented. There are many machines and different areas available to use. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The personal trainers are exactly that personal and listen to your goals and help to build suitable plans for you in every aspect. The gym membership includes classes meaning so much easier to turn up for free with a trained professional and no hassle to pre book. Overall a very positive and welcoming gym that is large enough to hold lots and still not feel overcrowded. Highly recommended these gyms, for the price they are one of the nicest I have been to.

I paid £20 and no joining fee but now there is another offer for Feb which is the month I joined for £10 first month and no joining fee really disappointed in this as only days ago I joined.

Far too full at 8 30 9pm and it closes at ten .... apparently past 8 30 is quietest time N couldnt really train i just wondered round lookin for a free machine or space at the free weights .... ended just leaving , ill cancel my membership wernt worth paying 20 joining fee

Great experience so far
I have enjoyed my experience so far, from signing up to using the equipment it has been a smooth process.
There is a good selection of equipment to choose from, which allows for a variety of workouts each time I go to the gym, at first i was a bit nervous so having the ladies room was amazing, but now I alternate between the ladies room and the rest of the gym to make the most of my sessions

An amazing gym that you can find anything in place
An amazing gym, great people.
HUGE problem is that there is nothing in place. Weights dumbbells everywhere and you are lucky if you find something to do your workout
I think staff should start to tidy up the place a bit now and then, also place signs so maybe people should stop messing the equipment, because is their fault

Awareness and consideration
The app is not always working but most importantly, why do visitors of the gym think it is acceptable to park on disabled parking spaces wothout displaying a blue badge? I had to walk from the end of the carpark as there was no free space at 8.05am. Btw, I have a blue badge for mobility issues as I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis, etc.

New gym New outlook
I recently joined JD and I'm impressed with the amount of space there is compared to gyms I've trained before, it's so chilled it's great. Although it could do with a few more machines it's a nice place to be.

The gym is clean and has loads of…
The gym is clean and has loads of equipment to choose from. Also has a vending machine with towels and padlocks and refreshments. Staff was helpful when I needed it. Can't wait to go back. Makes the getting fit experience easy.
