Very bad experience

Very bad experience, this company didn’t respect any engagement, they took money from my account without any autorisation, and to get a refund they force you to leave a positive advise !!! Get away from this company

Issue resolved after speaking to Brian

Scam site

Was buying a hot wheels toys off toymaster Ltd and somehow this site has managed to scam me of a subscription!! They tell me I have been sent a email of agreeing to the subscription no email ever received and meant to have a email for cancellation and again no email ever received!! No refund or anything

After speaking to Brian on the online chat he has informed me that he has cancelled the membership and is going to refund me the money that has been taken from my bank!!

This is a SCAM

SCAM !!!
They steal your money beware !!!!
I have been deducted and never seen the product I paid for, moreover to get a refund the support team forces you to give 4 or 5 stars followed to a compliment to the same support team. An organized scam !
