Scam company!
Bought and paid for a cheap item a few days ago.. Notified today, by my bank that they tried to take £39.76 from my account, without my notification. Luckily, the money wasn't there for them to take.
Will see if my item arrives!

The company is willing to refund me and I give them a 5 star. I'd really appreciate it if you could refund me as I'm a single parent to 2 beautiful babies

10 months ago I purchased a heavily discounted item advertised on my Facebook feed, which I believed to be a clearance sale by a reputable Australian retailer.

Several days later, when the item failed to be delivered, I checked my bank statement, to find I'd been charged $3.39 for a Jewellerybox.Shop subscription fee and $74.03 for the item I'd purchased.... ten times more than the advertised price.

I protested vehemently, and a week later I received a refund of $71.61.

And now I have a message from the Jewellerybox.Shop Customer Care Team that they'll refund me the $3.39 for the subscription fee from ten months ago if I post a good review here.

Based on my experience, this is not as reputable company. Avoid the Jewellerybox Shop.

There Cancel and Refund policy is legit, I'm glad I got my money back :)

Part 1:
To be honest, I had no idea that I subscribed to jewellery box shop, so the withdrawal from my bank account was frankly an unexpected shock.

Admittedly, at this point I have not looked at the website. This, however, is about to change! After cancelling my subscription 14 days ago, I realised that they have awarded me 74 credits.

When I contacted them via their online chat facility, I was informed that the credits are Euros. Today’s value is £63.75, so I will check the website to see what I can buy!

I will write ‘Part 2’ of my review after I receive my order. I would like to thank the jewellery box shop for making the cancellation process straightforward.

this suspicious website which I have never visited stole money from my bank account two times without me even knowing. they stole 74,00€ from my bank account!!! NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER AND PERSONAL INFORMATION! if you did immidiatelly block your card and contact your bank and police. karma is a .....

From my experience, I can say that the jewelryshop industry is trustworthy. I find their Chat System extraordinary, through which you are put in contact with one of their agents in less than 3 minutes. I would also like to congratulate their agents for their understanding, their friendliness, and their ability to resolve the slightest problem in less than 30 minutes. all this to say that I am very satisfied.

Company is not fair to people, who were registrated to its website by deceit

I’ve never bought anything from this company, but they have taken small amounts from my bank account over the space of 3 months, two of which were consecutively one after the other on the same day!! Typical scammers behaviour - check your banking guys!

When contacted about a cancellation the team quickly responded and actioned my request.

Only given 1 star because I have to. My woes started when I ordered a coat, which never arrived. Suddenly I see they are debiting my bank account to the tune of £37, twice a month! They have also charged for the non-existent coat!!!! This is a total scam. I have never received anything from them They have been returning my money in dribs and drabs, now saying they will credit my account with the rest (over £100) and referring me to their terms and conditions (which I have never seen, because I didn't sign up to anything in the first place. Daylight robbery. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
