Absolute 10/10 service today from David and Kiera. David gave us a thorough walk through of our travel system that we’ve brought for our little one and even carried it all out for us! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you again! X

Rachel helped me recently by running through the options available in store over the phone before I drove over to the shop to visit in person. The shop itself is also great, with a large amount of stock to view / try out in store. She was very clear on different brand / colour availability and pricing, and these matched exactly with what was offered in store. She promptly followed up on our call as we had discussed with photos of the options we had talked about. I was happy proceeding with my purchase once I visited the Stetchford branch. A very positive experience overall, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends / family.

Quick and easy shopping trip today.. lovely Kayleigh helped us throughout our visit, told her our wants and she sought out an amazing bundle deal for everything we needed! Demonstrated how all attachments worked and made the over all experience very simple!
